I was a planet Ford customer but since it got closed the nearest one was in warje. It was my second time at Dhone Ford service, warje and they still give very slow service. They do not care for customers time. Make sure you have ample of free time and a lot of patience before coming here. I Almost waited for 1hr before getting an advisor and another 2 hrs to hear that they dont have the required part! Once you go in the waiting lounge, its over, you are going to wait for an hour(min). I really like Ford, but the service they provide will definitely make their customer select their competition.

Bad experience with this service centre. I think they change the parts of the vehicle. I had a new car just used it for 1 year and just after 1st servicing itself my vehicle started making some creepy noise.. now I dont feel like its a new car and dontfeed while driving. Very bad servicing. They had changed my new vehicles tail light also and installed a faulty one after noticing they had provided a replacement but after seeing all this now I cant trust these people. A brand new car they can make it a second hand dabba.

Today I have a good experience from DHONE FORD SERVICE. I was there to resolve my Audio system problem. There was a audio key code issue due which i was not able to operate my Audio sysrem.I lost audio system key code.Initially it is found that becoz of serial number which was not mentioned on audio system mechanic not able to communicate further with company to recover key code but Sr. Person Mr.Ranjeet Patil from DHONE FORD SERVICE personally took my case in hand and after taking good initiative he resolved and recovered my Audio system code.I am thankful to service station and MR.RANJIT PATIL who helped me to resolve my issue

Visited for Servicing.Pros:-1. Staff is very helpful and they talk with max possible courtesy.2. They will ask you for Water, tea or coffee on arrival.3. After vehicle examination, adviser suggests and lists down all the work needed along with price and gives estimate of work.4. Adviser try to sell their value added services to you but again its upto you whether to accept or decline the work with added cost. Good thing is they will not force it on you.5. car was ready in time.,6. Staff was flexible enough to adjust my changing priorities. and tried hard to meet them (like pick up and drop of vehicle)Cons:-1. Saturday Sundays are not good days to go for servicing due to high work load they have.2. Final delivery documentation took almost 30 mins for some reason.3. They are keen on getting 10 on 10 in feedback. If not given, will bug you with questions.4. there was dirty smell inside the car after servicing, which was reallyOverall Dhone ford is a good option for ford servicing in Pune in my opinion.

Very bad experience with this service center. No dedicated service advisor so its our responsibility to chase after them to get updates on the work. They dont even bother to pick the call up. Ford claims to get updates online, link for the same is also sent through SMS once I dropped my car to service center, but there isnt a single update on that link even after I got the delivery of car. They took two weeks for the work which could have done within 3 days maximum. Apart from above executional problems I think the quality of work done is somewhat satisfactory.

Its located at highway and far away from city . Approch road is in bad condition .planet ford team is moved here and as usual service is good . Although its a new facility . Its too small for the volume they receive. More like a makeshift place than a proper service facility

Pathetic Service Center. They dont have a proper infrastructure to support repairing/servicing/sale of Ford vehicles... Took my EcoSport for free general service and it took more than 6 hours to get the vehicle delivery that too by 8:30 PM in dark. 3M agent at this location is also unprofessional, uneducated and unfair in usage of material. I would not rate even single star to this location as we dont have ZERO STAR RATING option.

Ufffff really worst.......Personally I am a big fan of Ford Brand, planning to buy Ford vehicle since long, heard a lot of service issues as they are not able to find good dealer atleast for Pune as I dont know about the rest of the cities, but when I heard about Dhone Ford & as one of a reliable name in automobiles in Pune so I decided & bought Aspire Sport Petrol from Kothrud showroom, till the delivery of the car it was really great but after that till the time its really bad experience, for my RTO documents I made so many follow ups, every time almost till 12 days they gave me nonsense replies that their RTO Person didnt came to showroom after that I spoke to their higher authorities & then 1 fine day their 2 executive came to my office with a booke.Today I gave my car for 1st servicing, in the evening I came to pick up, mud flap & down internal side was not washed I asked their executive Mr. Chaitanya he said they dont Car washing proper set up so they wash the cars by pipe so not possible to wash the car properly, really I was surprised, even I found my USB also not their it must have stolen, I complained for the same & Mr. Chaitanya said he will chk, with a big set up with a big brand this kind of a service really worst.......at all not expected

I went to Dhone ford, Manjari for my ford figo petrol servicing and some repairs. This service station does not have essential machines and experienced staff. I visited 3 times, but it was told that few facilities are not currently available, so please come later. Finally I gave my car on 1st July for servicing. Here are few points, I want to mention about this service station:1) It was told that GST will be applied as per the rules but all the parts were charged more than MRP. I checked with the government sites and found that the dealer can not charge more than MRP and if they want to sell at new price then they should put a new MRP sticker with GST along-with the original sticker.2) The dealer has 2 service stations in Pune and only one diagnostic machine (OBD) for engine check up, mostly kept in one of the center. The reason they told that ford has given only one machine per dealer, so they kept it in the main service station which has more volume. My question is : Why do you want to open 2 service centers, if you have infrastructure for only one ?3) Lot of complaints were not attended. Rather they tried to convince me that it is normal and not a problem.4) internal cleaning, polish and lubrication was not done properly. They advised me to go to 3M for better work.5) Waiting time to talk to the service adviser is very high, sometimes 1 hour.6) I doubt that they have done all the checks as per the schedule mentioned in the manual.7) The technicians were not aware of the idling rpm of the car, they told that it should be around 900 rpm, where as the range is 700 to 800.8) I want to attend the servicing as I want to ensure the quality of the work done. But I was not allowed due to their company policy. I think its a way to hide their inefficiency.I would have given 3 star to a normal garage, but the expectations from a authorized service centers are high, hence giving 1 star.Vachan

Worst service. Took money from me even though the repairs were covered under warranty. Greased the doors so much that they dont close properly unless you bang them hard. The engine service light was still on after the servicing. Also, stuck a sticker to my car without my permission.
