Rubbish People and False promises to ensure sale.I bought cupboard and Bunk Bed for my daughter, from this store , the store manager Martin told me to give the additional partion in Cupboard and complementary pillows. I have made all the payment for the same in advance. Now they are denying to give it and saying , I cant provide the same.

Pathetic experience with bubblegum. We bought bed and wardrobe from here with some customization. They just came and fitted furniture but without customization and when followed multiple times, they are just giving date after 2 days. Even some color is removed from furniture which they had promised to paint which is not happened after a month.

Very poor service from ishanya mall and house lifeI booked my furniture set for kids on 10th June 2017 and still after 25 days I had not received my material. Comittment at the time of booking was delivery will be done by 24th June.100% advance payment is also completed but still they are making excuses every day. Based on their commitment I took 2 days leave to get the set assemble, but these people do not care for customers.So stupid excuses :Today delivery man / van is not availableToday assembly person is not availableToday we had missing parts, so called it urgentlyToday we are not able to generate your invoiceYour invoice generated yesterday night and now we will ship tomorrowNext day again, we have problem in your invoice generationNext day we cannot dispatch because warehouse person system.. etcAnd the best one, make a call to their executive and he ask you to contact house life today I am not in store and same time call to store and they say please hold I am transferring call to bubble gum representative, then the loop start.Dear owner of this company please look into this matter and I am very disappointedRegardsKuldeep Kasliwal

This is shifted to ishanya mall 1st floor next to houslife. We wasted our time to come down to seasons mall to find that it is shifted to new place :(
