It was a great experience at VLCC. I did waxing, facial and cleaning, was an amazing experience. All staff members are very polite and cooperative. They are following all safety precautions. I came here first time for pedi and mani, and I felt so relaxed it was done by Mr. Aniket. I would recommend it to every lady.

I paid 6k rupees for one q swith and one hydradacial session with that they gave a complimentary cleanup.In cleanup, as it was complimentary, they didnt give massage cream...just scrub n mask.After 1 week if q switch session, I went for hydradacial...which is supposed to be an advanced facial with hydradacial machine which exfoliates and removes dead skin...she gave me a normal facial.When I asked about it, she told me u get a normal hydradacial in your package.When I asked her, why it wasnt told before...and I asked about it because I had read details about hydradacial and its benefits. If I wouldnt have asked, she wouldnt have told me.So she gave me galvanic in that facial...she massaged well...but again it wasnt a hydradacial and wasnt worth money I paid.Guys...please stop fooling people. We spend hard earned money with trust and such experience....very disappointed.I wanted to have it for my marriage...I spent so much money on a facial ..but you wont understand it....not professional at all.

I did my hair spa during lockdown at VLCC magarpatta. It turned out to be really good. They are following all the safety precautions. Would recommend it and Mohommad is really good among the staffs.

Worst salon ever. Dont ever go for expensive treatment like keratine or cysteine. Even local salon does better than these guys. Spent 7000 rs and its of no use. My hair still looks the same on second day after treatment. 20% effect only. Worst experience. Even they admitted that they did not know what happened as they followed their procedure and they ruined my wedding function.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had taken an appointment for a bridal package a week early and was running on a strict schedule. On the day of the appointment, on reaching at VLCC for my appointment, I get to know that firstly they had taken my appointments down for totally different services and secondly, the lady who was supposed to provide the required services for my appointment wasnt even there and had gone for an event some where else. To add to it, instead of adjusting their schedules and accommodating my needs, I was asked to adjust mine. Thanks to VLCC for stressing out a to-be bride and for wasting an hour of mine. I eventually ended up taking a last minute appointment at a different salon. Hope that goes well.

VLCC as brand is extremely good but this particular branch disappoints me every single time. First of all their staff is extremely impolite. Whenever I call up for an appointment they start off by saying that they are completely booked and after 2 minutes they suddenly have a slot available. Whoever the receptionist is, she needs to learn some basic etiquette. I asked her the price of body polish and blatantly refused saying that I might be from a revival brand wanting to know their prices. How silly is this?!? Im a regular customer at this branch for the last 7 years and Im still treated like this.DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have joined the 5 kg weight loss program here and I am very happy with my decision to join vlcc. Everyone is very nice and helpful here. They also give you personal attention and spend alot of time with u to discuss your case. The dieticians also chart out your diet very well. Horrible experience ever...I have been smoothening my hair from past four years. I went to these guys for my 4th touch up. No trained hairdressers I guess. They do not know the proper procedure. After first wash itself the worst impact on my hair showed up. My hair got so frizzy and started having too much of hair flow. Technically, after the smoothening treatment the hair fall stops but here the situation is completely opposite. When I took my concern to them, they say that there might be some internal problem because of which the hair fall is there. I have lost a big volume in just 2 weeks and its making me feel so sad. I can not take another smoothening treatment until next 6 months and I have to live with this horrible result. I wish I had read previous reviews before going there. They gave me the keratin treatment to control the damage but it is not helping either. Not acceptable at all...I am really sad to look at my hair after spending Rs.8000...

The staff here is really professional, they take good care of their clients and make sure we are satisfied with their beauty services.The 5 star rating here is for Aniket..who did the pedicure for us.. the service was really good and now I have a new set of baby feets after so much of pampering..😉😉

3 years back I had done smoothening treatment by wasting rs 10000. The person boasted of his many years of experience in hair treatment field. I had lost a lot of hair because of rough pulling. After 4 months, the actual damage came into picture. The hair had got completely frizzy. I got my hair treated with several spa treatments, hair loss treatments but it could not be recovered.Till date I am struggling with hair loss and extreme frizzy hair.

Really an excellent for weight loss aspirants . I lost around 14 kgs in 3 months. Trainers are excellent staff is friendly. And also they care about your weight loss and keep a close eye on that. Nice aura and sorroundings a must if you are quickly trying to reduce weight.

Staff is very polite, well mannered. Premises are clean and welcoming.Waxing- was done by Pooja or Preeti, not sure. She can definitely win a prize in quickest waxing contest. Was very thorough. Liked the experience.Facial- brought me down to earth with a bang after my dream run with mani,Pedi,hair spa n waxing. It was Pooja or Preeti again. In 45 mins of facial,25 mins I was left alone for the face pack to dry. Quick cleanup is what she called facial. No massage time at all. Worst facial experience of my life. She kept on referring to me being a package customer. Does that mean u guys give a cleanup in the name of facial?? Knocked off a star only for this facial episode. Local parlors do much better and relaxing massages for facials for longer durations.Eyebrows and upper lip threading- part of package, Pooja or Preeti again. Nothing to say about it. This was just routine.Will definitely visit again but for facial will need to check who and how long they will do it.
