If there was option to give 0 star Id have given it to this lab. The whole experience has been a mess. I called for the home collection of RT-PCR sample and the person came without proper safety gears. After following up throughout the evening for my report as Id to travel urgently the next day for work purposes they sent my report at 10.30 at night. Above that my Report was False Positive for Covid-19 despite having no symptoms at all and being completely fine. When I contacted them that how come my report came to be Positive they gave me reasons such as it is machine tested and we cant do anything about it. Obviously I could not have gone for another test at 10.30 at night to travel the next day so I took another test from Sayadhri Hospital Diagnostic the next day and the report as expected came out to be Negative the next day within 6 hours of testing. This company just looks at customer as a money making device in Hope of that the customer will test again after declaring them Positive. The experience has been disappointing & because of them Id to suffer personal loss. I Highly recommend you to not go for this lab. Go for a big chain who do not indulge in such activities. The experience with Sayadhri Diagnostic was good. Genuine People.

Worst experience. Useless guys and not at all aware of the patients situation. From last 4 days chasing for report and their representative saying that even we dont know how long it will take. You have to wait for another 3 days approx. why they are collecting samples if they do not have capability to serve. I had a word with guy +91788-8231923 and asked him to connect me with your manager so that I can escalate then he said I am the boss and I have no manager. Shame on such useless labs.

Pathetic experience!Its been 5 days since we have submitted samples for RT- PCR test and still we are awaiting results. The patients health is critical and hospitals are not allowing admission till we have the covid positive report!Absolutely a nightmare experience.

No professionalism at all.Need to chase a lot for getting report.When I call, Got the same answer that report are under process and it will be available after 4 hour.Called AFTER 4 hour, Still answer was same.Please dont choose this lab for report.Normal stool routine test took more than 24 hour.

Worst experience. Went there for a small foot Xray..Visited thrice already without my report..Once software was not working, then report not ready, then radiologist unavailable. 4 days later I still havent received my Xray...Avoid this horrible, mismanaged, irresponsible rubbish centre at all costs.

Very bad expereience. Gone for full body checkup after taking the prior appointment. After having some of the test, staff informed me that 2D echi is not available and it will be done after 4-5 weeks as doctor is not available.Its now more then 3 months still waiting to get the test done.IMO they dont deserve any rating and should be sued.

Bad experience..delay in sample collection, delay in report. Customer service person has no idea when report will be released. Wont recommend to anyone.

I would give zero star. My 8 years kid had severe stomach pain so I took online consultation with pediatric. Pediatric gave me some medicines and asked to do abdominal usg and urine routine. So I booked appointment for Monday morning 9 am at suburban pimple saudagar branch. I got email and message for confirmation also. When I went on Monday morning three girls were sitting there. They told they can not see appointment in system. I showed them message which I received still she denied and was firm that she had not got any appointment then she asked me for doctors prescription, I showed her soft copy but she wanted hard copy. She called some doctor and told we had one walk in patient without appointment and prescription for sonography. She did not even mention I had soft prescription, doctor was also least bothered and both started their other talks. I got very angry since I wasted my time. I explained her due to covid I took online consultation so have soft copy but she was not ready to accept. Within two minutes I got appointment at express clinic and precision lab and they mentioned no need of prescription as well for abdominal usg. Very pathetic experience of suburban. I advise not to go there. There are many diagnostic centers with great people who can understand your pain and provide better service. After this I got call from suburban customer care and they offered me concession of 10 percent on next sonography. But who would like you go at such place who is not bothered about your time and pain so I denied that concession. Since my kid was in pain for me service was important for me than concession on next appointment. Disgusting surban diagnostics.

They took my booking at 8 am. I dont receive any response till 11AM. When I called back they say I do not have any bookings. This is absolutely wrong. Zero rating!!!

Worst experience with front desk, they themselves call us and scheduled appointment and after reaching there you will end up spending hours to get what you came for, that also the front desk not able to perform.. they always busy talking on phone or with their colleagues.Very unprofessional, not sure till you meet your doctor how many worst people you will see.Every single person enters in this hospital has a waiting time almost 45–59 min just to get information what they asked.. actual thing will happen in 3-4 hrs.So if you have options to pay 200-300 extra some where else, you should go there

Very unprofessional and stupid staff at front desk!!I entered and had a talk with the receptionist telling i have come with the following required blood test!She said to wait!After long time of waiting when i got up to ask when it will be done .....the idiot receptionist is telling that we had to take an appointment....HOW RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!I really dont expect such idiotic behaviour from a diagnostic centre located at pimple saudagar which a smart city!So go there if you have a free time to wait and look the stupid faces of front desk staff who will call you after hrs and hrs of waiting for the test!!I really hope reports provided are correct:(

Not at all punctual. Cancelled appointment before 2 hours. Then rescheduled. Had to wait 1:15 hrs for sonography after appointment timr.

Very pathetic and playing with life of baby.. Went for usg - color Doppler for my wife. She is 36 week pregnent. Doctor was not good. Even if he dont know how to take reading. He called patient 3 times He took 2 hour time for color Doppler, and in between he us taking help of google. After that he modified the report 3 times

Service is not good at all. Dont go here. Doctors are not punctual. I have very bad experience after waiting for an hour. I have already paid & couldnt cancel the payments so couldnt go at other place knowing that I am not going to get the good service. They have 2 part time doctors. 1 is in morning shift and 1 is in night. They do not have any backup doctor so if one of the doctor is unavailable or on leave due to emergency problem you will not get service at that time.
