It was a nice experience visiting Star Imaging Deccan Centre. This was my first visit to Star Imaging for MRI of my daughter and am impressed with the professionalism and courteous behaviour of the entire staff. There was no waiting time and it was true demonstration of Customer Delight. I specially would like to thank Mr Manish Thorat who had gone above and beyond and supported me through out the process starting from appointment booking till I got the reports. I would strongly recommend this lab for the tests. Thank You Mr. Manish and entire Star Imaging team for such a wonderful experience.

I have been using your facilities as n when required and its very excellent. However, this time when me and my wife visited for chest scan, we were treated very badly as we both were covid positive. There was no seperate arrangement for us to wait till our number comes for scanning, we were ask to go out and wait on street. That is absolutely unfair. There should have been some arrangement, specially for senior citizens like us as I am 66 and my wife it 60. Please be sensitive and dont treat civid patients like untouchable.

Best service, I have booked CT scan appointment for my husband. They provide me all the details on call like what precaution need to take, medical history and cost. I visited here and it was a very nice experience. All staff is very cooperative, they takes all the precautions. They explained everything to everyone. I am fully satisfied with the service. MRI Reports are received on email & to our doctor too.This was our 3rd visit , charges we find a little bit high & as we always prefer Star for any kind of reports though our doctor suggested other centers , so we expected some discount but the response was in a very roude manner which we did not like . As informed , your policy for the discount is to those who got MRI 4 times , which I’d ridiculous. I suggest to make this policy liberal .

Went to get an MRI done during COVID times, I was very impressed with the staff service, the cleaning protocols they followed, such as fresh disposable sheets, spray the MRI seats and outside chairs made me feel that i was safe there. Great experience, and brilliant doctors, they identified a problem which other scan centers could not and something i was suffering from over the last 2 years. I highly recommend going here..

The Star Imagine Deccan only provides you report in MRI case(No other guidance).. You have to go neurologist for understanding that report. So if you need to do MRI then you can do in local MRI centers. Atleast they can definitely told you is the report is normal or not. I think all MRI machines are high class.

I generally do not write feedbacks but this is something so important for the people to understand that I am writing my experience here.As a neurosurgeon, I need the best quality of MRI or CT scanning, astute reporting and prompt feedback.I have not seen any other centre do all the three to such high level.What is more.....the radiologists there are clinically sound. They know what the patients symptoms are and which type of scanning is required. They have excellent communication with the treating doctors and sometimes have very important suggestions which can change the direction of treatment for the better.This is really the complete radiology....clinical and imaging wise.Recently I needed to get my own shoulder MRI done and personally experienced this excellence again at the star imaging center...I would recommend patients to insist on good quality MRI or CT to their own doctors and without doubt STAR imaging is the best in all respects.Our entire treatment depends on a good scan, good diagnosis and correct reporting by radiologists who can astutely pick up the diagnosis from an image. So please dont compromise here. It can make a difference of life and death.

Staff is prompt and considerate. Were very good with our elderly relative, a neuro-patient. Usually best to procure first appointment in the day to avoid delays. We have used Star Imaging at Joshi hospital for several years now for three monthly regular MRIs that are prescribed to manage our relatives condition. Each time, process is smooth.

Its a best imagaing center I have seen. I get report within 15min. Staff is very good.

It was good experience at Star.I met with an accident & MRI was suggested by Doctor for me.I was unable to walk & sit on my own. However at Star when I called & told them about the situation , I didnt had to wait for single moment. Immediate service was given & even reports were given in 2 to 3 hrs.Thanks for service.

I had taken my wife to this place for MRI.Very good location. Prompt service. They call well in advance for reminding appointment Take proper care of patients. Registration process was short and simple. They give full and proper information before moving to MRI.Overall I think it was a good experience.

Doctors are professional and helpful. I had a problem during MRI procedure. I felt claustrophobic due to machine size and closeness and couldnt continue. I guess they should give some advance info about the procedure. I thought MRI is like CT Scan that I had earlier, but seems I was not comfortable with MRI :) The doctor adjusted as per my need and put me in reverse order (leg first) so that I would not be uncomfortable. Kept on checking with me in between using audio. It was nice gesture and helpful. Actually they have a very good MRI system, you get imported glasses that will reflect songs played behind you to enjoy MRI time, they give good quality headphone to shield from MRI noise. I was not able to enjoy that unfortunately! Overall diagnosis was accurate. I recommend!

Had to avail their MRI services twice in the past 3 months for our 2 year old son. Both the times we received nothing but the most professional and courteous service. All doctors, technicians and support staff were very helpful, comforting and gave us all the information and cooperation we needed. They were well prepared, punctual and very caring of our little one. I would highly recommend Star Imaging Deccan.

A professionally run imaging centre with good machines. The MRI has a movie facility that can help reduce the claustrophobic feeling one generally gets in such machines. Good experience except that the reports did not come at the promised time and required a lot of follow-up.

Good experience. Staff is very polite and soft spoken. Appointment Booking, actual scanning and report delivery is very swift.

Worst management of patients.I had to wait for 2.5 hrs to do the CT scan.

Professional service. Explained MRI procedure. Choice for entertainment videos/music was given to distract from the sound which MRI machine makes.Overall good experience. The reports were shared promptly by email.

Got an MRI last week. Very professional staff. Clean place. I am very happy with the turnaround times and speed of reports. I have 2 suggestions to improve:1. MRI can be long, please invest in non Bollywood or Indian music because I speak English.2. I suggest hand wiping the machine after each patient as a health and safety measure.Overall, excellent place.

Staff is nice. Facility is really good. The only thing is that the facility is far from our place about 7 km. The test was done in the afternoon at 2:30pm and they said reports will be available at 7:00pm. We decided to come back to collect them then but when we reached home in they immediately sent a message that reports were ready for collection. We could have just waited for half an hour instead of making a trip. they need to improve their coordination with the lab technicians.

We had a fantastic experience with Star Imaging (Joshi Hospital). We have been to 5+ MRI centers at the best hospitals in Pune / Mumbai and this center is by far the best MRI center. The MRI machine is latest in class which takes away the claustrophobia. With the ability to see a show on a screen during the MRI procedure the patients mind remains distracted and the noise is not as bothersome. Post MRIs patients often get nausea / headache but we had no such after-effects after MRI at Star Imaging. The center is clean. The staff was very courteous. The administration was speedy. Had heard a lot about Dr Atre from other doctors, but was amazed to see his humility and detail orientation to ensure accurate reporting.

The imaging center provides for the concession policy, in which Doctors Immediate Relatives are provided with 10% discount, however when I inquire with the reception about the concession as against bill of my real mother , they straight way deny it BY GIVING REASON THAT, the daughter is married so FOR MARRIED GIRL MOTHER CANNOT BE A IMMEDIATE RELATIVEI have never asked for Doctors Registration number and the concession was not denied for that reason, please dont twist it, i have made it very clear the reason for denial of the concession and that was doctor is married daughter.It is really shameful that a girl need to fight to show that her mother is her immediate relative. I would have excepted if it was denied for non production of required documents, but it was not the case. So please dont try to twist the matter and please make your policies very specific .It is not about the 10% , but very anti social and discriminating view and approach, which is not at all expected in todays world.Very ridiculous.

This is our third experience with Star Imaging and boy it has been really great. Excellent staff, very professional, courteous and well managed. I had to take my 5 yr old for a scan at Star imaging and I was really nervous how my child would cope with everything but to my surprise the experience was excellent. The support staff were very cooperative and polite. Considering how cranky kids might get with fasting and medicines, the appointment timings were strictly followed. Dr. Khedkar was present there well before time and she immediately put us at ease. The way she interacted with my daughter made her feel at home. During the procedure the doctor would keep us informed from time to time on the progress. Overall I would highly recommend this place especially for paediatric imaging needs.

I have been visiting this diagnostic center since 2010. First my mom then for me. Their diagnosis is accurate. It helped my moms two spine surgeries (Including nerve sheth tumor surgery). I had also performed CT Scan and plain brain MRI. The staff is polite, co operative and having expertise in their relavant area of specialisation. They do give discount s for regular customers also.

I went there for fibroscan The inexperienced doctors behavior was very unprofessional and rude.Not a good experience even after spending decent amount for the tests.Not recommended.

Visited for MRI. AS I WAS CLAUSTROPHOBIC TO DO MRI , MY FRIRND ACCOMPANIED ME FOR THE SAME. BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE MACHINE WAS QUITE SPACIOUS TO GET INTO AND MUSIC AND VIDEO MADE IT MORE COMFORTABLE. THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE OF MRI AND I WAS FINE WITH IT.

I have seen many mri centre in pune but the quality and the patient compliance is best at star.The appointment scheduled is very nice.You dont have to wait for longer.Staff is well trained and doctors are very supportive.I highly recommend star in case of any diagnostic purposes.
