If someone is having cash of around 40-45 lakh, then their plan is good to invest. Whole row house with land will be yours. All 3bhk row house. No 4bhk row house as per advertisement. I visited row house, and nothing was not to invest. I backed out due to money. If I get lottery or something then Ill be back to purchase the one. Dont forget to ask about loan issue. Project is 2 km inside the Lohgaon Wagholi connecting road. Ask them when this road is gonna be nice. Ask them about water connection.

I am waiting for my plot work to begin from October18. and only promises are made about work to start. I am stuck because, I made the initial payment to start work and also paid the processing/agreement fee to bank. No response to regular followup even after 7 months . WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Because this entity is not RERA registered you cannot track your money. and now even after a year I am still chasing for my plot work.I have even got to know that their are many customers who had booked in Purple Touch Phase 3 by paying the booking amount and they are also waiting and chasing for update, but their is no response from the office.
