Great initiative by Sauda Ghar team to help grow peoples knowledge in real estate terms. Special thanks to Mr Sunny Tiwari who called me and invested his time to answer my all queries. Sunny is a professional individual who tried his level best to address my concerns. Thank you so much.

I found Team Saudaghar as very professional. They resolved my query within no time. I would like to thank Team Saudaghar and especially Kamlesh sir for their time and efforts to resolve my issue related to real estate. Thanks a lot once again.

It all started when I came across one YouTube video while searching some new property projects across Pune. The video was made by Team Saudaghar and I was really impressed with their in-depth knowledge of real estate sector with micro to macro analysis on each project. Me and my wife were planning to buy our first new flat in Pune but we were bit confused in selecting the area (location), builder and project. Thats when we contacted Saudaghar team and Mr. Manjunath Ji came forward to guide us. He showed us few ongoing and upcoming projects in Pune which would fit into our budget. He also explained us the pros and cons of each project and finally we purchased our new flat. We are really thankful to Team Saudaghar for their end to end support and guidance in taking this important decision.

I have been following their channel for quite some time:-The realistic information what they are giving is very very helpful for the home seekers.- They are unbiased and provide the advice from the customer point of view which is rare to find anywhere else.- Indeed it was a great experience with an unmatched brand Sauda Ghar.

One of its kind service, very professional understand your need and provide solution accordingly, they will not force you to buy any property just talk on facts and figure and definitely help you to book your property at right location with right builder. You can get detailed knowledge about the location, product and builder very honest and humble.Thank you for your service 🙏🏻

Thanks to SaudaGhar.I was confused and was not able to make right decision over buying property.Special thanks to Dorothy to resolve all my queries and guiding me in my decision making.Appreciate all help!!!!!!

Although the analysis shared by saudagar team is good for any project. But the reviews shared are biased to some extent based on links/relationships with few builders and somehow the client will feel saudagar team acting as marketing/channel partner team for specific builders. While providing the reviews , saudagar team need to uncover all aspects and give reviews based on facts/evidences/data instead of perceptions/assumptions/thinking....

Saudaghar is really helping people to solve concerns regarding any property. I was really delighted to get quick and proactive response from them. The open discussion with owner helped me alot to make further decision. Thank you team. I highly recommend Saudaghar to the new home buyers....
