Good experience. Went to buy a specific type of tap and the owners were super helpful is showing all the options. Very professional and helpful.Its located on a busy street so parking can be a little but of a hassle. Also, the Google maps location is a little incorrect.

Good store , product knowledge of the dealer is great. Help and suggested me to select the perfect product which fitted in the bathroom and my pocket too.He also provided me labour who did a fantastic job.

Experienced the most hopeless service from this so called Authorised Dealer, Found that parts were missing in the box after paying up, when I called the shop to inform the same he wasnt interested to help (kept saying that I was late by 2 months, I couldnt do much as my plumber got COVID so this was delayed), Finally the regional Jaquar Manager stepped in and sorted this mess out which was all due to the store dealers incompetence. There are much better Jaquar dealers around who provide better services and even better rates , Posting this review so that others dont experience the same while buying a premium brands product from a low grade dealer !
