I am trying to register from 3days, but there is no reply. Customer care says we are trying to contact you, but there is no reply. The staff is irresponsible. We were trying some thing helpful from you, but your staff is good for nothing.

Had a great experience with Porter. I used their Movers and Packers Service for shifting with Pune. The team was thoroughly professional and ensure my items were properly packed and shifted to my new place. Thanks a lot for that and appreciate Vivek and the team.. I felt like Ive been cheated. I Used movers and packers service. Once deal is done, the representative dont pick calls on execution day. Luckily after 10 15 calls they picked and had no way forward and were helpless and hopeless. They broke my mandir and did not fix my furniture and tricked me saying i should bring nuts and bolts, but they could have informed me before movement that these stuff are required. Customer care called me and said they will provide training to drivers. Pathetic!

I usually got waived off by the reviews under website. Thought it would be a good experience, unfortunately it was not. My new furnitures got major damages. Broke from the corners. Sent in between the body.
