The order delivery was very late. Customer service was quick to get my money by sending direct payment link. Once order was placed, it was very difficult to track. It was not sent to my nearest FnP store but the farthest store. My order was shipped at 4:45 pm but the delivery boy came at 8:30 pm after making deliveries all over the city. The flowers were not at all in good condition. I will never order from FnP again.

Gifts cannot be sent for any specific day occasion. Since you gift can be delivered either early or late, F&P doesnt give guarantee of it to reach on a specific day. What is the point of gift reaching on wrong day!
