Great service. Sales staff is also very helpful . The entire presales and post sales service is good. Our point of contact, the sales person was Roshan Naik. We were new to the BMW family and really needed support with how things work.He guided us with the right models. He also helped us with the service package. Now this is an important thing to avail when you choose a luxury car. These packages will make your life easy as you won’t have to shell out for Servicing of the car at all. Everything except wheel alignment, car polishing and Adblu liquid.

Very bad service staff is very irresponsible nd careless I order the foglamp cover part of my BMW in March they said we will order the part but send us advance amount so only we can order it so I immediately send the advance payment to there company account than i called them and ask when will be part available they said wait we will see amount is received or not nd will order the part and 2, months pass they didnt call then I only called them wat happen about the part I have order because I will coming for servicing so at that time plz feat that foglamp cover part they said I will order the part this is careless ness of staff I have order the part before 2 month and sent online payment also wat was this people doing in this 2 month are and now that man gave me one contact number and said you contact on this number and order the part when I told this all story to part manager of BMW company he said I was not told to order this part of your car this much careless nd irresponsible are this staff people and the staff member who interact with were vinay Swamy and jamal 😠😠😠

I don’t think they have the capacity to keep a bit high end models in there premises or Pune Depo, from 5 series onwards if you wish to buy you need to make 100% advance payment to them then they will order and you need to wait for a week to get the delivery from Chennai plant , There working style to me is unsatisfactory-REGRET WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

The customer service at the service station is rude, unfriendly and use blackmail to get the servicing money upfront before giving back the car. For people who can afford BMWs paying service charges is miniscule and the company needs to trust the customer. Instead they help onto my car for 3 days before I got a chance to go online and pay. I happened to be at full day conferences and so taking time out to pay was a hassle. I woudl have expected my car to be dropped off as soon as the work was done and then gently followed up on teh payments. Instead. I was rudely told my Mr. Shrimant Mudegol that unless he recieves the money the car will not be released.A very sad reflection on the customer service in this luxury brand .

May my real story help some oneI brought BMW X1 at may 17 and oct 17 my front right tyre got blast cut with a small hole on road on speed of 50kmper hrThan I changed tyre through tyre insurance than too it cost me 18000And today on 1.9.2018 traveling PUNE to Goa all tyre pressure shown ok and suddenly front left tyre shows zero then checked it’s been cut blast without any impact of hole on roadWhen call to Bmw the say u may maintain the needed pressure of tyre as it’s always been maintain as it’s shown by car notificationSo now how can I trust my x1 BmwReply genuinely and technicalityRunning 22000 km
