This is the froud company making fool to people only for MONEY,not recommend to all ,I suggest go to other company. very bad experience .

I just wish I had taken the negative reviews more seriously before going ahead.And not blindly trusted the positive ones.(Im posting the same review as I posted for Startupwala.)TLDR;I contacted them for opening a LLP which normally I would prefer an offline course but because of Covid pandemic I decided to go online. I told them about my situation and asked them in details of the requirements. All the conversations were unfortunately on phone. This was the biggest mistake I made. After sending the first completed form, they sent me other forms to be filled 72 hours after the payment. These forms needed signatures from an advocate which meant that I had to go out and find one despite them assuring me on the phone that I didnt. When I asked them about it, Mr Ujwal started abusing me and started demanding proof of this. I was shocked and asked him to check their records. He didnt have any.After that I tried contacting the company and realized that they dont have any system for complaints. After sending many mails and calls, random colleagues and juniors of Mr Ujwal himself passed my case around. Instead of helping me, they kept sending emails to pay more money! On sending emails to every address available and government consumer complaints, I got a reply saying that theyll return 50% of my money. They were taking 50% of my money when I asked them a refund 72 hours after making the payment.I usually never write reviews but this experience needs to be shared. There are many others out there giving better add-ons and far more professional. Its over a month now and I havent even received a reply- forget about the refund.Be careful before you move ahead with them. You will not be able to go to their office and talk it out like other agencies. They will just cut you off and you lose your money and time.

Communication is very limited. They dont tell until things get too late. My application got rejected so afterwards i submitted the document in december and its feb and i havent received any clarification or whats going on ,I applied for llp company and now They no longer receive my calls and To my frustration have taken whole of assignments fee without providing me a single document for the company. Please do not go to this company at all.

They have no transparancy in things.like i have applied for trademark for T one woods,so they said its available and u can take this and after payment and all.they will apply to ministery and few days later will say,sir there is objected in ur trademark and u have to pay 2000 for a single reply to ministry.its been 3 mnth,no hope for getting a trademark.neither they will acknowlege u for things and each time will say sir it will take 8-9mths. i dont know which thing in india takes 9 months.Before taking the service they will nicely follow up the client by texting sms , mailing and call . After taking their service and paying to them.Thats it ! their work is done afterwards they will not bother you at all , they will just mail you for the documents and never respond you till you poke them by the calls . WORST SERVICE!!!!They were my legal advisor for trademark. I have received worst service here. They fooled me by saying you can get trademark for your brand. They will call you n number of times until you pay fees. And after that they will never reply to your emails or calls. My trademark application got rejected because of their mistake and i am paying price for it. Beware of these fraudsters! They do not even guide properly and in the end will say you didnt provide documents, which happened because they didnt ask for it in the first place. They have already charged me thrice for each objection handling in trademark process. Now they are saying to apply again for trademark and pay them fees for same(AGAIN!!).DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR HELP RELATED TO TRADEMARK.WORST SERVICE! JUST TRYING TO EAT UP YOUR MONEY!
