ALERT !!DONT TAKE ANY KIND OF LOAN FROM BAJAJ. THIS IS A FRAUD CO. EMPLOYEES ARE CHEATERS & WORST MANAGEMENT. THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION ON AFTER COMPLAINING. IF THIS RATING WOULD HAVE BEEN IN MINUS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM

This place is useless. If you visit , they have display permanent notice of network issue. Also they dont have any standard operating days or hrs. Better use any nationalise bank.

Very bad experience. I have trying to reach their Executives for a foreclosure letter and list of documents, these people neither respond to emails nor whatsapp messages. They dont even have courtesy to reply customer calls. They keep pestering with nonsense calls for investment, instead they should try to keep their existing customer happy and address their concerns and resolve their issues.

If you are planning to take home loan from Bajaj housing, Bajaj Finserv, take care of these following:1. Dont let Bajaj people take your agreement, unless you get registration ID of loan account. They may provide you sanction letter, but they will not give account detail.2. Check loan interest rate with other banks and compare3. They may add some elite card or emi card in your loan account without asking you. So just say NO, UPFRONT for such fraud schemes4. You must have all documents of loan before the first disbursement date.I had bad experience with Bajaj finance for said points.5. They may force you to take very expensive policy, be ware

Bajaj Finance is an absolute third class service provider. They keep calling on phone for loan application even after telling them not to call. Similarly, they keep sending texts everyday for loan requirements. Their employees are extremely arrogant. I have never registered for any of their services and yet they keep calling. When asked to remove my number from their call list their employees simply talk arrogantly and give some baseless reasons. I sincerely hope Bajaj finance goes in losses and shuts down someday.

I have experienced worst customer service of Bajaj Finance and Bajaj finservices. I shall mention the major issues i have experienced:1. The only support available is online complaint. Even you submit complaint online, you will not get response to that and surprisingly I will find that, the status of your online complaint become closed with single line reply. You will not get a call even after submitting complaint many times.2. In case of professional loan Many times i have experienced that, if your place request for withdrawal of sanctioned amount. You will not get the amount same day but you online status shows that, the amount is disbursed and you will be charged interest from that date. Even you place such request before 12 noon.3. If you try to deposit your surplus amount. The amount will get debited to your bank account. But Bajaj Finance will not give credit of said amount. This happens even for very big amount. And no one answer you even after complaint. Then you have left with recourse to file FIR with police. Further, they will charge interest on full amount as you have not paid anything.4. The Bajaj Finance is expert in hidden charges. The customer end up paying very huge amount as charges before disbursement of loan. They will explain the charges in very diplomatic manner and in such way that, it would be not possible for to realize it.I can say that Bajaj Finance is looting the customer and earning hug profit by this way.

Really a fraud and frustrating company. I have salary flexi loan balance amount just Rs. 135 (One hundred thirty five) only but while doing foreclosure it is asking for amount Rs. 17859 (Seventeen thousand eight hundred fifty nine). While asking clarification they are not clarifying anything just sending details for how to do foreclosure.

Given 1 star cz minus rating not available . Dont take loan from them. They just steeling money from you.

Raised request from Bajaj portal to get the Personal loan, I submitted 2times request , did not get response. After 3weeks I got the call from some one..which number was showing fake..for me it was an bad experience so I rated 1start..

I have very Bad Experience from Baja Finserv. I have paid all amount against my loan file. but still Baja finserv has deducted Rs117 from My SBI Saving account without intimate to me. I dont know what is that charges... But it is very dangerous to take Bajaj Loan from finserv.

Really faltu office. On net it shows time as 9.30 to 7.00 but it is always closed. If you go at 5.30 cashier is saying that it is closed. Cashier is arrogant he thinks that he is owner of bajaj fineserv. I visited 4times to office. Still my work not done. Really useless fellows. They just want to do time pass not to do the work. Really hopeless office ever seen. One more thing - office guys really need server?? It is for working people. Lot of time server not available.
