They dont deserve even one star. Most unprofessional . The first day I get a call and tthen they say they cant connect to the doctor. This happened a second time. The next day I get lucky to speak to the doctor. They confirm my appointment for therapy and I receive a message confirming my schedule. BUT NO ONE turns up ! No communication from anybody, and worse they dont respond to my calls. Pathetic! !

Exorbitant rates, untrained staff, negligible work ethics, endless follow ups to name a few is whar Portea Pune team is all about. I would never recommend this agency to any parents requiring child support.

But after paying no contact details for lab, no call center response.After so many days no report no contact no info.THEY JUST WANT YOU TO PAY BEFORE THE SERVICE IS DONE.YOU NEVER KNOW YOU WILL GET IT DONE OR NOT.NO REFUND PROCESS.

The private nurses provided were good.But the incharge Mr Satpal is really unprofessional. Does not even pick up the phone.Really disappoined with the services. Will never recommend to anyone.

I was called several times by the agency and when I called them and spoke to the team and explained my dads post cancer critical situation I was denied services. Value of time, they use to collect sample from home which is great and soft copy of report is sent via email on time.

Their wholetime attendant cheated my uncle,and also cheated his service,his suicide or murder a mystery.Life helping attendants or life taking.
