Go early with all documents to avoid delay and probably 2nd visit. Even after you go early itll take half day atleast to get work done if you are lucky an hour but most likely itll take 2-3 plus hours time. Be prepared to stand in in long slow moving queue. If its your lucky day staff can be helpful. Though necessary instructions are given there about timings and require documents.

Its in the basement of Uppar Tahsildar Office, Pimpri-Chinchwad. Staff seems to be very helpful. Various boards are displayed outside the office to help people so that they can bring required documents in advance for Caste certificate, domicile certificate etc.
