This was a great Hyatt Place. Its located within a mile of the airport (Didnt hear the planes landing from overhead at all), and across the street is a nice mall area and restaurants. From experience Hyatt Place hotels tend to be located next to freeways and not close to much of anything besides fast food. Not the case here. There is decent selection of restaurants and shopping. As a Diamond Member for Hyatt Ive done my fair share of stays in this discount arm of Hyatt (Hyatt Place Chain) and this is the nicest yet. There is a stop for light rail system about a block from the hotel that will take you right downtown as well.

Premises was good and the IT park is visible from the main road. Security and the parking system is also good over there

Perfect space for small and medium offices, clean and neat...

This TechPark having various IT Company offices. It has total 6 floors. One can get customize space for his/her business office.A canteen is their at Terrace of the building, but its not too good place to eat. Its better to go out side the TechPark. The complete canteen area smell very badly.Parking facilities are there but its limited.Overall its good, nice and clean inside the building, but not in premises like parking area is not good or not convenient for parking specially for two wheeler parking. One can find parking problem for unreserved parking.One of the major issue in this IT park is, Dogs. There are lots of dogs (not pet) in the techpark premises. The employees do feed them but do not take care of cleaning. These dogs may be harmful for any outside person.

Recent security changes make this place painful to go to! Im renting a Regus office there and still i have to fill a visitors pass to enter! They first ask you to do an entry in an old book that no one uses and then fill up a visitors pass too! Absolutely Ridiculous !!!!!
