I recently visited Eggsplore and heres my experience -Location and Ambience-Located in Manik Baug Khau Galli below Ganga Bhagyoday, eggsplore offers a simple ambience. There is limited indoor seating and outdoor seating is available. Parking is available up front.Food-Mexican Half Fry - (5/5)Half Fry is my favourite egg preparation. But this one was elevated to a next level. Two eggs, sunny side up sitting on a beautiful red gravy. I think this was the best half fry Ive ever had. The flavors were spot on. Definitely,going back for this one.555 (4/5)A lipsmacking crispy starter with boiled eggs fried in a batter and tossed in Chinese spices and vegetables.Egg Vadapav (5/5)Wow. Just wow.Boiled egg served in a jodi pav filled with a coconut based spicy masala for just 59RS. Its a steal deal Definitely a #MUSTTRYEgg Tiranga (5/5)Green and red curries partioned by a cheese omelette. Looked extremely appetizing and tasted even more good ! The curries had distinctive flavours and the quantity was good enough for two people.After a few days I also ordered Egg biryani and Mumbai curry through Zomato and they were eggcellent too !BeveragesI had Kiwi, Pineapple and watermelon juice which were good.I loved the kiwi cold pressed juice. It was thick and fresh.Overall review -I think this place will make you believe that you can have eggs anytime of the day or season ! Here,youll find something for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner ! The service is promt and the food is pretty delicious.

Being a big fan of eggs, I visited eggsplore, Mukund Nagar near Sinhagad Rd last weekend with one of my old friend. At a first glance, this place looked a bit small but still we decided to explore it. To begin with, we ordered egg wadapav. The pav was stuffed with boiled egg whites and their inhouse masala. It turned out to be so good that we couldnt stop ourselves from trying more dishes. We also had lasooni anda kacha which is a type of Bhurji but with a unique tadka and loads of lasoon. They also suggested us some chefs special dish which had stuffed omelette roles in a yellow curry of yolk and cheese. After eating so much, we craved for some dessert which they didnt have so ordered a kiwi juice. The juice actually was refreshing and natural. A must visit place for egg lovers!!!🍳Value for money - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eggsplore -Located at Khau Galli of Ganga Bhagyodaya, Manik Baug. It`s been 1 or 2 months since the opening of this outlet here. They have inside seating (with AC) & outside seating. Though a small space but it doesnt compromise with its taste and number of varieties.We friends visited this outlet to quench our hungriness for Eggs. & We explored the various dishes of Eggs. As, the name goes Eggsplore :PWe had -555 - Take it as a starter, Boiled Egg white is tossed in chinese sauce and served on an omelette. It tastes very good. & also it is not much oily.Double Sunday - Boiled Egg tossed in thick gravy and garnished with cheese and butter. They serve Bread or Pav alonwith it. moderate spicy.Anda Misal - Here, they retained the traditional misal taste, also having the extra spiciness which should be present with the name misal. Tehy also serve Farsan and Onion with it. I did not see lemon, but did not miss it. Maybe, on deamnd they serve. #MustTryEgg Tiranga - In this dish, Omelette with lots of grated cheese is kept at the centre and on either side of it red and green curry is served. Red Curry was spicier than Green. and most importantly they were not of same taste. You could feel the little difference which should be in both the curries. #MustTryAustralian Half Fry - Half Fried Egg and Boiled white egg cubes mixed in green masala and topped with grated cheese. served with pav. not much spicier or can say the least spicier dish we tasted here.Anda WadaPav - Here, they sandwiched bhurji and egg cubes between the Pav and topped with grated cheese. Taste was really good.Egg Lollipop - Here the presence of Eggs you feel will be very less and thats what we were told by the owner. but you could have entire dish and still will be hungry for this, that good it was.In Beverages - We ordered Black Grapes, Watermelon and kiwi - All were fresh & out of these three, Black Grapes and Kiwi I really liked and water melon is liked by rest of friends more.Overall very good experience and must visit place if you are egg lover.

Visited this place for lunch. This place had a variety of authentic dishes with a fusion of eggs in it. It had an inside as well as outside sitting. The place is quite reasonable so no worries on your wallet.Food that we had:1) 555: Its a chinese starter in which boiled eggs are coated with batter and fried and then tossed in a special red sauce and served with on omlette.2) Egg lasooni kacha: This dish comes with a pair of pav/white bread/brown bread. It has a very unique garlicy taste to it. This dish had mashed omlette cooked in their own gravy and they had a garlic tadka on top of it which was very flavorful.3)Ande ka funda: This dish was totally different. Its a tomato based sauce in which fused with omlette. It had a half fries omlette and boiled egg on top of it which looked stunning. Again this was also served with a pair of pav/white bread/ brown bread.4) Anda wada pav: The famous wada pav but with a twist. It had two boiled eggs inside which was tossed in a house gravy which the pav soaked very well. And a lot of cheese on top of it to go with.This place is a perfect place for egg lovers who want to try some unique egg dishes.

👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 👎🏾I ordered egg lolipop, egg tiranga, egg lasuni kacha, egg rajasthani, whole 4 dishes was salty...they contained lot of salt in the items...too worst..very bad, I hated it..very low level of food served, regarding expectation...I spent 550/- but not satisfied with the food delivered.Dont try at all..the quality has been decreased of eggsplore..

Best place to explore eggs with variety. Must try egg tiranga and French fries casserole. Loved the location and most important the service, very humble.
