Sales people while they obviously wants to sell their brands but seems more keen to make sure that one buy from central in general so are happy to show other brands too which was a pleasant surprise. I had lots of reservations on prices and varieties I could get for my little one.. (daughter)I got lovely options from 4 to 5 brands. Summer collections are already on hangers during march first week.At the time of checkout I have more than 3 dresses at very reasonable cost and I paid MRP for it..!I bet you dont resist to buy at least one here.

Great place to shop with all the brands under one roof.Display is eye catching with good manequins display.Easy to navigate...but under staffed I felt as there was no one to help you get your size.One had to literally run behind them to help you.Changing room too...they just threw my clothes away while I was looking for my size.

Through the year some or the other offers are there.Quality in budget.Multiple brands under one roof gives liberty to compare and buy the best.When one gets tired and hungry after searching clothes, can relax on food court.

Nice display, all the best brands, neat and clean facility. Biggest concern is there staff.. highly arrogant and no willingness to help, very limited knowledge of retail industry ethics. Always chit chatting in groups and moves around like there own house. Almost fighting each other in front of customers which was really annoying. If future group really wants to put in efforts to continue there dominance in Indian retail industry they have work seriously on there customer service especially.

I visited this place today, we did shopping and went for checkout. There was a long line at checkout, no problem with long line as it is considerable as its Sunday.After checkout they said that based on shopping you got 4 coupons of Rs500 each, however we needed to collect it from another floor which has customer care section.After long wait at checkout line we had to go on 1st floor to collect coupons, guess what a long line there as well .We asked them that we need to provide feedback (not complaint) that they should offer coupon at checkout counter only as it will make things easier, the staff was rude after this and just gave a blatant reply it has always been like this . These people need to understand that it is a feedback meant to improve services.

Oh my my, if you want to do shopping and need lots of brands, Pune central is the place for you. I personally spent like 4-5 hours here and still couldnt explore much. They do have decent schemes and offs on particular brands and Im pretty sure youll find exactly what you are looking for here. Prices are kinda okayish I would say value for money but yeah its good

One of the good places to shop. They have a wide variety and some really amazing offers. There is a separate floor for female collection and a separate ones for male ( we accommodate kids too :) ). Shop during festive season and get cashback for the entire shopping amount which could be redeemable in coming months with a cap of ₹250 - ₹300 per month.

An apparel & accessories multi-brand store which has something for every budget. The available brands are chosen well and their displayed wares have a wide range and variety.Staff is friendly, helpful. Billing counter tends to be under-staffed at times, especially afternoons.

Worst customer care and billing team, they wont help customers and feel like they are owner of the shop. Sales staff is good but unable to explain the offers going on as there are lot of hidden terms and conditions. Trail rooms are not maintained properly.

No respect of customer at all. Better to purchase from Myntra/Jabong website. Below reason -1. At billing customer has to fight all the time with billing staff to redeem payback point if the value is less then 50 or 100.2. In case of defective product purchase this company never refund money to customer original payment method like credit or debit card only exchange option you’ve.3. Overall bill parking fee around 100 is additional charges will be charged n no. of times from customer pocket if he wish to visit to your worst experience store.4. Stock is limited and for alteration they don’t provide instant service that means customer need to visit again and again parking fee will be levied from customer pocket.5. Customer Service desk Staff- Shivaji and team needs to learn how to behave with customersWorst service and not recommended at all.Better to do shopping online. Customer can save parking fee and money will be refunded directly to his bank account in case of defective product sold or cancellation.Thanks

Today I had the worst experience with Pune Central @Amanora mall. Was there to exchange a damaged product with rate tag intact and bill as well that too within the date and time range still the product was not exchanged and all lame reasons were given to me. The product was from karve nagar central, and in the bill its mentioned that you can exchange from any central, but they said you need to exchange from the same central. Either mention the correct rules on bill or else at least help the people because of whose shopping you guys are earning. Worst experience ever.

Do have veriety but overpriced and then discounted and also lot often l feel some of the material is little old stock, Also the arrangement is not great to get right brand..you have to search.The discounts are deceptive..only certain brands can be clubbed in buy one get one.. certain other brands have buy one 20% off buy two 30% off.Went to tailor for alteration once, l had to travel and he was having lunch, so asked 2 pants to be altered in 1 hour..he simply denied, so had to cancel order (he did not apologize nor anyone else cared)Quite often l find big bazar fbb brand better than stock here.

Nice place for shopping but the sales person is not having proper knowledge of the offers. We have the coupon and we queried the sales person he told us that we can redeem the coupon on the purchase but when we went for the billing the cash counter person told us that we can;t redeem the coupon. So kindly update them so that they can convey the right info to the customers.

This a central mall in amnora township mall at ground floor west wing. Central mall is good for to buy a standard stuffs like mens wear, ladies wear, footwear and all other daily stuff. It maintained its quality and customer service.I buy a t-shirt form there wich cost me about 500₹. But t-shirts quality is very nice and its look premium.

The variety is nice but the staff in the dressing room is very rude. I was trying on clothes and the woman thought I was taking photos and asked me in a very harsh tone if I was really going to buy something and after I said he she said that shed take me directly to the billing counter for proof.
