Attended a pool party on a weekend. The pool area is rather small, but the view from the terrace compensates for it. There was an issue with a few strangers on the terrace who were not invitees who would not leave the premises even when asked by the hosts themselves.As for the dinner; could have been better. The food was delicious, but the place could have used some mood setting. The waiters were confused and did not serve water even after asking for thrice. Overall, good place and an amazing deal on the buffet.

On, 1st jan 2020, it was my daughters birthday, i had booked table in the hotel in morning, for buffet dinner and as it was 1st jan, i confirmed about same... The person who attended my call noted down my mobile no, and name... When we arrived, i told about my booking... But the person was so rude he started denying it... After telling him several times he said tell me the name with whom u had a word... I cleared him he dint mentioned the name... And told him to check his list... But he was so reluctant he denied it.... And gave us table with dim light(near the bar area) and where ac was as good as not... When i requested him to give us table with bright light, as we had kids with us, and my daughters bday too.. We wanted to click some photos... He denied with a arrogant face... This behavior was not at all expected from him as we had guest with us and it was very embarrassing for us to be treated like this infront if guest... Pathetic hospitality......Overall food was okay.... Rest than the manager, the waiters were nice....

Starters were good, but vegetarian main course was pathetic. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Food is pathetic, service is pathetic and staff behaviour is too pathetic.

Found this place true value for money. Especially the staff was very courteous with right service attitude towards make your time memorable as it wasnt much crowded when we went may be due to rainy weather outside. Starting from valet parking, the counter staff experience, The Hi Tea Menu, ambience, staff, food variety, quality and quantity. We loved the Samosas and mocktails, cold coffee, jalebis, papdi chaat and sandwiches to name few being from vegetarian side:) .

The midnight buffet is worth coming for...the service is awesome..worth every penny.

Food quality is horrible and arrangements are third class.

For relaxing moments, I prefer this place
