I have also worked in this so called Top organisation but it has a 3rd class Management ever....They jst have only mean wid their production. They even dont care for the Employee. They treat u as a labour no Value for the Engineer in this kind of companies. This kind of companies giving promotion to the unemployment, they can kick u out any time without any notice jst they want how to have a production and nothing else. We work for u so u shld have some respect toward us. We r Engineer not a labour or a ITI holder . This way they promoting the Unemployment for the Engineer and reducing the value of a Engineer and nothing else. If any of the vacancy comes think twice b4 joining this so called Top Organisation.As a Engineer i got the experience to not work in this kind of companies.Apologies at last if any of the people hurt wid this .... But this is truth .....Thank you ultra engineers for Ruining Future.☺
