Was here for an interview, it was biased. They kept me waiting for over 3 months and then gave me an answer. Asking for experience but not inclined to giving any jobs to freshers. One can only be selected if a strong reference is there. Lots of politics going inside the selection process. MOST IGNORANT HRs I have ever met.
