Chiuu HR called you for Interview and instead of taking interview they are tell your drawbacks and she tell you need to join our institute..The company is totally fake with persons like HR nad teaching assistant (childrens) not responsible and very erogent.Dont come to this trapDont waste ur time and Money..

As I have now successfully built my career in family business, I didnt want to recall my bitter experience there and so until now, I hadnt post any review about this fake company....ie a training institute with 0 value. But, now I am going to tell my experience there and hope it will help ppl to avoid mistake which I did. Again, this isnt my experience only, we all batch mates have shared the same frustration and hopelessness. I want to tell u that, this experience cost me around 1,60,000 rupees and wastage of 1.5 years.I will divide my review in 3 steps:A) Trap:This is the first step. They post weekly opening ads on recruitment sites like naukri, shine, etc. As there is no shortage of jobless ppl and ppl who arent satisfied with there current job and want to build their career in design field, they get plenty of applicants easily. It is not bad to dream something better for yourself but you should be very careful to plan your steps. And one of the most important step is to approach a good and genuine knowledge resource. After sorting potential targets who can be convinced to join paid course, they approach them for an interview. During an interview, u will be deliberately given a very hard test and told to complete within very less time. This is actually a psychological trick. Ppl who are somewhat experienced in plastic design and think they dont need a costly training, starts to feel that they know nothing and amateurs gets totally baffled. After this, there happens a convincing round where HR tries to relieve your fear by telling u that u can be a pro within 6 months by joining this course for which we have many openings. If u join by paying 100000 or 60000 then, welcome to the jungle. Your karma has been started.At this moment, HR tells u that u should be paying all the fees within 4-6 months. The reason behind this is that, after 4 months, u starts to feel the heat of reality of job market and may hesitate to pay fees further.B) Training:One plus point I feel that they have a working professional trainer who come and trains once or twice weekly. All other days, u have to face an amateur, non-professional, inexperienced, and confused trainer who himself is actually searching for a job from last 2 years.U will get 2-3 projects which were live in the market 10 years ago. They give all the students same projects and so their resumes show same projects on which they all have worked (isnt it funny!).C) Frustration:In my 1.8 year there I didnt get even a single interview call for rs 100000 I paid. It was very much frustrating. Every day I woke up, I convince myself that today I will confront the HR. But, u cant do that. There are two reasons for that:1) While joining, they dont sign any legal documentation with u. So, u cant confront them even if u wanted. They are smart enough to keep it casual.2) The second is, while joining, they promise u that they will give u an experience letter which will show 2 years of experience in plastic design. And for that they cost u another 35,000-40,000 rupees while issuing that letter. Only a single trainee from my batch was placed in 15 months and they cost him rs 35,000 for the experience letter.So, in conclusion, you can only quit or continue dumbly if u wanted to. You cant confront them for the return of what u have invested.I know the situation when u dont have the job. Believe me, I have went through it. Emotional pain and fear hits very much hard than a physical one and force u to take a wrong decision. If u r going through the same emotional state, be relax, try to control ur agility, think, u dont know but u have many more ways to be successful in life. Actually fear contracts, limits and channelise our thinking. At such situations, try to see a big picture. Dont limit ur self for specific field in which u have graduated, try what u like to do. This is the best time. Remember, every baffling success stands on grave failure. Its never too late until u think it is.I hope my experience may help u.Please, like this review if u find it useful.

Good pen to begin with.Career launcher, one of the best Institute in Pune. The staff is very good. Also, proper guidance and doubt clearing sessions are conducted properly. The faculty is very polite and frank and helpful always. Recommended for beginners. Also, opportunities are provided like internships, projects and jobs in various companies.

I went there for interview actually I heard good about this. After went there they took interview and gave CAD test.after that they checked our CAD test and they said that you have basic knowledge of CAD for improvement purpose you have to join our academy have 6 month course they gave demo lecture for that. But I am working so I said no and decided to go with my work.

I had a Great Experience with Pioneer Design. They help me to make myself technically strong and boasted my career to become a Design Engineer. I recommend PD to those Engineers who want to start career in design.

As a fresher it is good place for to get experience on automotive design. Friendly colleagues who helps us to work on tools with good technical knowledge. For fresher who like to start their career in design this is a good place to gain domain knowledge mainly about plastics and sheetmetal.

I was searching job in design stream so I visited in this company. First of all they told me that they are recruiting the candidate for company but when I visited their everything was cleared. There are many reviews all ready have on portals. That is not fraud and anything but they are providing internship for fresher students. If you want to work in CATIA domain then it will best for you. There is six months course which includes 3 projects. After completion of course they will provide call in MNC company. I am giving 4star because they have well co-operate.

Its waste of time, waste of money .. dont go there.. zero placement .. zero teaching knowledge... and Hr team so Chuu...😠😠😠😠😠😠

And most importantly, no one gets a job from it. No company knows them .. * The students who have given 5 stars are there for 2 to 3 years but they have cheated the students * Dont waste the money of parents. Faltu is all this.
