The company produces highly engineered products called – Impact Energy Management Systems (IEMS) – mainly used to meet the crash safety standards for automobile. Company has four major product categories: Auto – Bumper systems, Auto Interiors, Auto Exteriors and Diversified Products for furniture, transportation and alternative energy industries. The company has various innovative patented processes and products in order to provide high performance and low cost products to the OEMs. Shape is the #1 automotive bumper beam manufacturer in North America. The company has manufacturing units, sales and engineering offices in various parts of the world – North America, Europe, Japan, China and India.
