Bad company.worst management.My pf kyc approval is still not approved even after month. Careless HR & management delayed my experience letter for 2+ months. They deduct your salary for nonsense reason.They dont have professional manners to reply emails.Too bad work life balance. If you want to make your life miserable this is the perfect hell.

I have worked in Beauto Systeam as a Team Lead ( Java Developer ) for 1.5 Years, There is a best teams I have worked with the CEO is helpful and the HR is also easily rechable and helpful.Provides the Salary on time.I will definately recommend this company to join as a software developer.

Policies are not good.. dont give balance leave encashment.. management dont address employee problems especially after resignation.. employee unfriendly
