Dear parentMaybe you have your issues but there was really no need to put it up in social media..We believe that family matters must be discussed in the family and we must try our best to convince each other of our point of view.Reason being that we also get so many positive reviews from parents, which we don’t put up in social media..we just thank them..At this crisis time, it would have been better if you had gone and met with the Management. You are talking about the financial aspect..the school including we teachers did spend long nights preparing for the seamless switch from physical to virtual..and we are not making a big issue out of it..because we are here to just serve the children.Hope you take it in the right spirit..!!Mrs Alka Nanda(Teacher at Caelum High)
Hi,Could someone please provide me the fees structure of caelum school?I didnt found anywhere on net... Parents could you please help?It will be really helpful.Regards,Salman
Slandering and villification of educational institutions to justify personal financial distress is a disgruntled, escapist ploy... Instead of taking recourse to refined discourse, to arrive at an amicable solution, this kind of tirade and trolling will only complicate matters or undermine the veracity of the concerns raised.Happiness has to be created with courage and compassion....
Dear Caelum Parent (as presumed to be )Covid 19 pandemic has affected all of us in one way or the other. You have written during covid 19 pandemic when all of us are going through physical and mental trauma........Dont you think the teachers and staff members who are working so hard are going through same trauma and at least need to be paid on time ,being in this field for so long I can name many schools who have taken advantage either by laying of teaching staff or offering pay cut,but I can proudly say that I am working in such an institution where management did not take advantage of the crisis
Dear Parent/s,It would have been beneficial had you taken this matter up with the management privately instead of invisibly trolling via the internet. Your intent is misplaced by the choice of your actions. As a teacher who has been with the institution for more than a decade I strongly urge you to come forward and resolve this in person with either of our respected directors - Harish Sir or Monica Madam. I can assure you that any such issues are dealt with utmost empathy and consideration. The only silver lining, since this laundry has been aired in public, is that it may encourage some other parent who is undergoing a genuine crunch to come forward and seek help.Amrita WadhwaClass Teacher 1 - A
Dear Parent ,This is regarding the review posted by Caelum Parent on 30th October .With due respect..I, Divya Ramsinghani would certainly like to add a few points to the befitting reply given by Harish Sir .Yes we all have been certainly hit by the pandemic .All strata of communities but for your kind knowledge imparting education at Caelum did not .In fact it started as early as the last week of May whereas other schools were still struggling to get into the technology of online classes .Monica maam ensured that her teaching staff be well educated with the technology so that at no level would the teaching or learning be hindered. If this is not thinking of children then what is ?Rightly said again there have been no lay offs this shows the commitment the management has towards its staff.Monica maam and Harish sir have always welcomed any queries ever listed to them.So dear parent if there is any problem please do discuss about it with the concerned authority rather than on social mediaRegards .
Dear Parent,This is regarding the review posted by Caelum Parent on 30th October. With great respect, I the Chemistry Teacher at Caelum High would like to bring to your notice few points which Harish Sir has already communicated through his mail, with some additions from my end.1. Across all the schools in Pune, most have started deducting staff salary by 25 to 50% from day 1 of the Pandemic. Caelum high has not done the same till date. This was the easiest way for a school to do it and save more money and probably no teacher would have said anything as across all the industries this has been the norm from day one of the Pandemic. So here it clarifies their intentions are not wrong.2. Even if Covid goes on for 6 months, the school and its teachers continue to teach the student to the best of their capacity which they have been doing from day 1 and adapting themselves to the new systems of life, which for most of the teachers was difficult in the initial days as we are not Tech Savvy, however have adapted ourselves to the new systems.3. “ showing your maturity and understanding the importance of a good relationship with the school where your child will study for about 14 years”- This line by Harish sir clearly means come what may the school will keep on growing further and will keep on adding facilities for future days where in your child or any new child who takes the admission will get the benefit. If the school stops thinking of growth and adding new prospects for future it will reach a stand still situation. For all these things its obvious the school needs funds to run the institution.4. Harish sir has already asked parents to come forward and speak who have a genuine problem for their salaries / finances, the institution is ready to help and support in all ways, for that you as a parent needs to come and speak face to face and not just write reviews .5. This pandemic has hit every single person, no one is an exception to this, my say to everyone here is come forward and speak, there is always a solution to everything, its just the way how we communicate.Regards.Savita TeacherCaelum High
Fees not mentioned anywhere.. I went for my sons admission Jr kg, it will be around 1,40,000 which includes books and transportation service and others.. Not worth.. not at least in this pandemic..
Fantastic teaching faculty, international standards for all amenities and facilities and a management that believes in overall development of the child are just few things that make Caelum High a great place for your kids!
All that your child needs to experience is here...
Dear Prospective Parent,There are a few things you need to consider about this school before you try to seek admission for your child.1) This year, during this Covid pandemic crisis, when all of us are going through mental, physical and financial trauma, Caelum high, instead of reducing the existing fees, they have HIKED the fees by more than 20%. After repeated mails and calls from parents, the management (husband and wife) refused to roll back the fee hike.2) To top the fee hike, another act they did was they did not provide books (charged extra) to those kids whose parents were unable to pay the fees and the poor kids felt discriminated in the class without books.3) With this online school, we as parents have had to make additional investment, in electronic devices, internet and time in monitoring the kids online. But no consideration of that. The schools probably are having huge savings without physical classes.4) In this crisis time, the complete lack of empathy which the school showed was a complete downer. I have to write this review without disclosing my identity cause it would affect negatively on my kids and they would be unnecessarily harassed. Very Very disappointed with Caelum High, the so called Happy School. It should actually be called Caelum High- The money making machine!UPDATE: 30/10/2020So, the second term fee receipt has come and the school has charged us fees for Library, Computers, Sports, Gymkhana etc which amounts anywhere from 12k-17k. We have already paid for these UNUTILISED facilities in the first semester and now they want us to pay again when no one knows when Covid will go and schools will start. The last day to pay is 15th Nov, but already we are getting emails from school to pay fees which says showing your maturity and understanding the importance of a good relationship with the school where your child will study for about 14 years. This is a direct threat email. Already fees has been raised by 20% and now this bullying. All the reviews which says the facilities are of international standards are laughable. please visit the school and see them once. Please Please do not seek admission in this school where money is priority no 1 for its management (husband and wife)
Management of the school is very Greedy about money. In current situation they are asking parents to pay money. Also Fees includes Sports, Gymnasium, Library etc which is not going to utilised before the Sept 2020. (or school reopens). Still fees for all these activities are added in the payout. I wanted to give ZERO rating but review cannot be saved with ZERO rating.
The director Monica Thadnanay is one of the most disrespectful, inconsiderate and downright nasty people I have had the misfortune of meeting. Any school that has a person like that at its helm is not a school for my child. The staff was also as discourteous. Not a smile, not a greeting. They all behaved as though they couldnt stand the parents visiting their school
Wonderful school. Kids have a great time at school. Every child is treated with equal measure and gets to participate in every activity and every competition in school, unlike many other schools where only either teachers pet kids or academically super kids get the chance. My kids love their world at Caelum!
School authorities also have to pay there employees there salaries & other charges we should cooperate them also government authorities should give them some subsidy so that they can forward it to the parents.
Only show off. The school is not actually what it shows to be. Having Very poor mentality over attending parent enquiries. Did not understand why to select this school when other better options are there in Pune.
Sports ground, the largest labs for all three science subjects. The largest computer lab too. Also got the fastest ICSE affiliation. To simply put... Best school for child centric development, a true all rounder.
Its the best school in pune as just like all facilities of boarding school but the difference is kids are back to home after schooling n that is the best part of life.Thank you .Monica Madam.
Amazing school.. Monika Mam is just superb. Every kid gets personal attention and exposure in all activities.100percent satisfaction.
One of the Best School in Pune, and our Kids totally love it.The key reason, we selected our kids future here : cause the School values the unique skill in every student and is very creative and caring in their teachings :-)
Delighted with Caelum.Compared to all other ICSE schools, Caelum has the largest labs for all three science subjects. And the largest computer lab too.
Surprisingly small school, horrible location and poor infrastructure--the so-called football field is a thin green carpet (which theyre calling astro-turf). The rest of the facilities are just as meagre, and the curriculum options are sparse. What they do have in ample measure is ATTITUDE. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful, which is strange coming from such a fledgling school surrounded by established institutions like Bishops, DPS, Vibgyor, Euro Kids and more.
Great school. Personal attention.
Fantastic school. If u r south sider n looking for icse school then no second thought but Caelum High...Its now 7 years my kids studying here..very happy and satisfied...Good luck Caelum high.Good luck MONICA MAM...
Bright future for our kids. Happy to put our daughter in Caelum high.
The Best Infra and Facilities for students of ICSE School in Pune.
💯
Worst Experience !! .The Director Miss Monika Thadani have no manners how to talk to parents. She was so rude and harsh that let me think twice whether to seek admission in this school . Her attitude will let the school in the dark in future .
