The worst place to show from. While one visits they show confidence and explain to you various schemes to lure you in and make a purchase. After the bill being prepared, they start their fraud.I purchased a split A/C somewhere in April 2021, at the time I had asked their sales lady if there was a credit card EMI with NO interest option available. She mentioned that I was lucky and an offer was available. Only after confirming with her, I decided to make the purchase.While finalizing the billing another gentleman barged in and informed me that no such option is available and I can make a purchase using Credit Card but with interest. I immediately terminated my purchase and started to walk out. And suddenly the same gentlemen (who I mind you have an ultimate attitude and has that superiority complex that customers are beneath him) stopped men and told me that he will make an exception and give me the offer of NO interest EMI on my card.Only after confirming this Information, I asked them to charge my card. To my surprise, its been 6 months and I’m still paying interest. It only came to my attention recently and I was completely baffled by these revelations.Now, they will start defending their fraud by blaming me for not being attentive and no such commitments were made. Since it has been 6-months and its difficult to track they will escape.My humble request to those who have a habit to read reviews before going to such places please beware. They are ultimate cheats.I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

Be careful while you negotiate. Get everything in writing while negotiating. They overcharged me for a home appliance because of this and demanded additional money when I clarified one specification which I unfortunately didnt get it written down upfront. Unfortunately I paid in advance and hence could not cancel the order. Their delivery person also ask for a baksheesh.

I purchas AC from there and getting quite good discount. But there service partner who doing the installation part there are quite unprofessional. They charged 7000 for stupid type of fabrication work and that work also not finished properly. I feel looted by the pune electronics team.

If you need any electrical/ electronic appliances, this is the place. The store has a wide range and variety of products with multiple options. The tedious task of choosing what is right is made simple by the excellent guidance provided by the salespersons and Mr Arif, who, unlike other stores, do not aim to foist an appliance on you wether you want it or not. I have been buying from this store since it opened and all my appliances in the house are now from this store. No issues in installation or warranty. Finance options are available. They have two outlets, one in Kondhwa (Arif) and the other on NIBM road(Imran), managed by both brothers.
