Contract basis company...Contractors are Chutiya & Illiterate people from the same village; where company is Located...Never give salary on time..never give full salary.. always hold salary upto next month..so that employee (LABOR) do not left company... This company is not Core Company... Anyone can do job here... During my job Ive seen many people who are 4th standard pass...10th standard pass... some Fool villagers from nearby company were working there... Company dont need Engineer/Diploma Holder...They only need Manpower which can be source from any person.....You Will get Easily job there...Just go with your Resume Anytime...They have Always Vacancys...They dont even Ask your name during interview... Directly they told you that you can join from Today/Tomorrow... Very poor Atmosphere there while working... Team Leaders talk with you using Bad words...They can insult you if you did any mistake... Very Worst Food...U can have all food items at one Time only...if you need more food and asked for it, they will insult you... This is Production based company..if company dont have production they will give you Holidays.. You Will not get Payment for those days.. During my job they give me 1 month Holiday...1 month Holiday with no salary... that time I faced very bad days because of that Madarchod & Haramkhor company.... I work there for 3 months ..My first month payment was there 6000/- ..In second month I got 2800/- Payment...These is because they can give you Holidays & they can also call you Anytime for 8 to 16 hours....it is daily Vages company... you will get payment for working days only... Last month they give me 30 days Holidays...So Finally I Decided to left the job..I request you Plz dont even think to Visit that Company. Honest Request 🙏

Stay away this is not a suitable company for electrial/electronics engineering graduates................In this company theyll provide you the work to assemble the small equipment into the Printed circuit board............My honest advice do some coaching or other courses like JAVA,CCNA etc..............And make your live proud..................ONCE AGAIN IN THIS COMPANY YOULL GET LABOUR JOB.....STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO ARE OUTSIDE OF MAHARASTRA.
