BATA is a very known brand in shoe industry. Their products are very reliable and robust. This branch is very big inside. Ample space. They have huge variety and stock. They are having nearly all products of the company. The Ambience is very bright. The seating arrangement is comfortable. The staff is good at their job. Parking for two-wheeler is available, but for car, will have to park in the adjacent lane. Overall a good place to buy footwear.

Bata showroom is located opposite to MacD satara road. I found less varieties are available as compared to other Bata showrooms. Bata price range is affordable. Parking structure is available for two wheeler. They accept cash and card.

First of all, they dont have great variety. Its all old stock, yet it is over priced. Also, the staff is very rude. They dont answer questions, they dont talk politely, they seem least Interested in customers. Nobody seems to be concerned about customers coming in and no one bothers getting customers sanitized. The place is not even cleaned up in pandemic times. Even if you decide to buy, (because you desperately need a basic pair) they dont bother cleaning up the dusty footwear or exchanging it with a cleaner pair, they just are very uninterested. All they say is lena hai toh lo varna chale jao - rudely. Bata footwear quality is good. However the staff behavior and management of this shop is very improper.

Batas return policies are a nightmare once u spend any amount on an item.they give u thousand reasons for not providing u normal sizes in any pattern.but cant explain if they cant provide why cant they give a credit slip or return the amount

I have been visiting this shop since many years. Its good for shopping shoes for all age groups. car parking is a little problem but you can get two wheeler parking here.There are offers a couple of times as well.

The salesman here are very rude.The person at the POS was extremely rude to many people in the queue. He did not explain that not taking the carry bag would have the bata points.

Totally upset. we had received the sms of 30% off on few brands. when we went, and bought one of those brands(power), we were told that sale is only for few items of that brand (power). then was sms just a marketing gimmik? this is the way of fooling people. we did not get the sizes and colors we wanted.but due to urgency, we settled with buying few pairs of shoes. but overall, this experience was not very pleasant.
