The service was good initially .But gradually they started providing poor service. for last 2-3 months we are having a bad experience with them. Yes I agree they do it very good initially but trust me their service will degrade with time . They will not respond to calls. Wont give clothes on time.also they are very good with misplacing the clothes.

Really fast delivery and good packing. Tried many providers before but never had a good experience but 1st time got the good service in pune. Liked it.

No sense of Customer care. Continuously followed to pick my laundry however kept on telling me they ll pick. Lastly he said they ll not pick.

Extremely disappointing service. Me and my roommate sent total 30 clothing. They came for pickup after 3 days and provided clothes back to us after 2 days only because of continually follow-ups. Once we received our clothing we noticed 4 shirts are missing which price Rs 2000/- each. When we are trying to connect the number they provided , its coming switchoff or they are not picking up the calls. Suggesting others to not use this laundry service.

For all those who believe in reviews, Note that all the 5 Star by other people most are Fake.Dhobi Dada is a worst laundry Service , In fact its only a delivery service in which they pick the clothes and get it serviced from cheap vendors.This is a very small team in which delivery man when picks up clothes call back stating him as manager.I had a worst experience with this team.I scheduled for a pickup which was told to be free , once a delivery guy came he told its chargeable , Once Clothes were picked the charges told to me and also visible on website were to be charged , but after picking they will call you back complaining we need to pay extra charges for laundry and come up with many other excuses.I asked them to cancel but my clothes were delivered too much late that too after spoiling them and they broke my blazer hanger too.After posting the review , firm owner called me to offer FREE dry clean , one of their employee took my time and confirmed but since 2 days no one visited,Never ever would recommend this service

What else I can say....Get Your Laundry Done from Dhobi Dada.. keep it up.
