Prakash medical has given me and my family excellent service. They have always delivered our medicines within an hour of of ordering them on whats App. If they are not in stock, they have stretched themselves to procure them within the shortest time. I have been buying medicines from Prakash Medicals for the past 25 years. They are extremely efficient, do prompt home delivery, procure medicines, medical equipment, etc ( if they don’t have at shop) asap and send them across, and are extremely courteous and professional in their approach.

Excellent service. If they don’t have what you need ( which is not often), they procure it for you.

Worker is not well they dont have polite speaking .... Employee should be given Training how to behave.

Please think twice before buying ANYTHING from this store. They are the Frauds.You know what they do?They put their own price tags (needles to say that they put double amount) on the all the products especially the products which are supposed to come in sealed box. Also changes the product inside and keep products having less quantity then the actual products and sale it for the same price.Like if you are buying talcum powder of 100 gms, they will give you 75 gms of it and will take you money from you to 100gms. Means you are 25% in loss in terms of quantity and you are still paying for that!!!!Not only that they also sale the products which are free samples, tasters and put price tag following the above mentioned 100gm/75gms example.So please be aware before buying anything from this store.

Owner is not polite at all even the medicines which which got in cut i.e. the quantity you want or prescribed by doctor is not getting here as the owner giving the reason that you have to buy complete strip of 10 to 20 tablets.Even not taken the unused tablets which was purchased just a day before the next purchase. Owners behavior is so arrogant.

Good staff. Give them the name of medicine and theyll get it the next day for you.

Medical is near parihar chowk and whatever medicine we want we can get it and they order and bring if they dont have so overall good and better medical.
