Very first time 8 had experience with this hospital is when my manager faced heart attack in the branch premises.... After first aid from local hospital we directly went there and the pace with which they acted was amazing , he went through angioplast where I could remeber one Dr named Dr vishnu Jadhav who was really cooperative. Now he is fine and we are thankful to vishwaraj for this.2nd time when we went there for 2nd dose vaccination of mom during initial checkup they found that she has very high blood pressure and suggested to meet Dr khartode sir for that. Considering the extreme hypertension he suggested hospitalisation to keep her under observation. She was in ICU for a day and in two days she recovered really well and was discharged from the hospital after being told all the good motivating words from dr khartode sir dat she is all well when she was getting doubtful. Now she is also fine .Thank you vishwaraj hospital for the service.....Adding pic of the Lord ganesha idol there in centre of hospital which is extremely peaceful.

He truly impressed by the service and treatment.I specifically want to thanks Dr. Khartode who gives the best treatment.

Facilities are excellent. One of big negative experience was regarding payment management. My relative were admitted for abdominal pain. We had deposited 20000 as a deposit at the time of admission. But soon after treatment started at one point CTS scan was require, I was requested for stamp from billing department. But billing department did not issued me stamp unless I had to pay additional deposit. I requested I dont have right now I will deposit within one hour. But the request was not taken on priority, either you pay or we will not treat patient. This was not acceptable for me from so reputed hospital. Earlier I had three patients already taken treatment from same hospital. Considering relationship I was not benefited.

After angioplasty of patient the care taken by the team of ICU was remarkably satisfying and excellent. Patient was under attention 24 hrs and was taken care of what was needed. Nurse, ICU head, security staff everyone did their job perfectly. Happy with the staff.

We chose the hospital for delivery of our second kid as it was within close proximity of our house. From the day 1 when we got to know about the pregnancy till the day of delivery we realised that we were in safe hands. The whole gynaecology staff was very caring and understanding. They took good care of my wife. Special thanks to Dr Pandurang Shinde and Martha mam and their team of experts. The experience with the pedestrian team was also great. Dr. Sushil Deshmukh is really good surgeon.Dr. Sameer Kamble (Revenue Manager) also helps a lot to audit final bill without any hesitation.Amrita madam and Sapana madam (Front office incharge) really understand patient queries (Service and billing related) and helps to get resolution quickly.Need improvement in below :-Improvement must needed in Mediclaim department and it should be available 24/7 and even on weekends because patients admission need to intimate within 24 hours otherwise there is a copay of 10% in final bill.Mediclaim staff should be soft spoken and able to explain details clearly.High risk consent should be taken before surgery and not after 1-2 hours when patient moved in ICU post surgery.

VishwaRaj hospital is a very nice hospital, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very co-operative and take very good care of the patients. The doctors are also very experienced and give proper suggestions and treatment to the patient and keep the family well informed about the patients condition. A special thank you to the hospital and its wonderful staff for taking utmost care of my grandmother. She was covid positive, heart failure and kidney failure patient but the nurses, ward boys, Maushi and all the doctor gave her the best treatment even when our family wasnt there, as we were not allowed to meet her. In our absence also the staff did their work perfectly. Only because of their efforts, care and proper treatment my grandmother has recovered. I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone. Also special mention about the billing staff, theyre also very understanding and helpful.

Before admission I confirmed about neurosurgeon by calling hospital that time they told me neurosurgeon is available. But Neurosurgeon not available here, so we shifted patient in another hospital. How casual they are, playing with life.Also not major but ETHIQUALSecurity persons are rude. Need proper training, they always busy in mobile.

After icu treatment given is worst. On second day after icu dr were removed my O2. And no one even came to check my O2 level. I requested multiple times to get oximeter but no luck.After 8-9 hrs dr came and checked my O2 level.Frm last 2 days nurse saying we have not received your medicine. My question to hospital is who is responsible to provide medicine to patients.Many things to say but right now I m not well.

Very unmanaged, the people for vaccination are supposed to be entered token wise but some or other hospital staff comes and gets their known people randomly for vaccination, was waiting for long, this all malpractice should be get under control by the management people else it won’t take longer to get the reputation down like other hospitals, there are many hospitals who lost their patients just due to faulty management and had to shut down, always the patient is more important and always there has to be protocol to be followed for the welbeing of people and to make each and everyone treated equally and not given priority to the staff friends, relatives or known person known, hope this will get resolved so next time i visit I don’t face any such issues.
