Worst hospital ever for infertility treatment. It cost me 5 yrs and lakhs of rupees just to hear from doctor that we are not able to give you results. They think we are their experimental subjects and they keep on experimenting on us. If you people dont know to give results then just refer patient to some other doctor why keep on trying your experiment and wasting patients Time and Money.Dr Fadnis, he doesnt even talk to patient about the problem and still charge a huge amount and also ready to insult you if you ask him about the mode of treatment. Doctor Avinash Phadnis is good and very much experienced but the patient management is very much poor. I called for appointment at early morning and it was confirmed by hospital at 4 p.m same day and when I reached to hospital at exact 4 p.m hospital staf said Mr not its 12th number is on going and your number is 108th....When is aske this to staf , staysaid your appointment number was itself 108 at morning.It was very surprising and frustrating as idk on what basis they confirmed appointment at 4pm for number 108 when 12-15 number was ongoing or planned on 4 p.m. .Either they lied to me about appointment number or they have very poor patient ManagementVery much frustrating...

Mixed experience to visit over there....we visited for our daughter and found the Dr. is very good in her practice and able to identify the issue. Moreover the hospital staff is also good and cooperative in nature...Over all our exp. is good for..Few things which are not good that is everything is over priced... I have never met any doctor as rude, careless and inconsiderate as Dr. Satish Gore. After sending them all the medical reports and consultations mr gore prescribed a procedure and said ‘.. in 4-5 weeks maximum you will be fine..’ but it will be nearing 4 months now without any results and to top it up now they are not even responding to the calls/ texts and have left me in a lurch.. I have been hopelessly trying to reach them for the next steps but they simply DO-NOT care and DO-NOT respond.. I do-not recommended anyone to this doctor..

One of the fully equipped hospital in Pune and the best one for Gynaecology. Dr. Phadnis is very dedicated doctor to his profession handling all the Gynaecology problems including IVP.We have great experience of this doctor and hospital.

The hospital is good, the doctors, nursing and other staff is excellent. The overall experience was good however I found it little expensive. The room service was good however it could be more tidy, especially the bathrooms. I was surprised to see paid parking even for patients starting there overnight or beyond. Management shouldnt be charging parking for patients who have been admitted. BTW theres very limited parking and its too crowded. It only has 2 lifts, a big hospital like this should have more than 2 lifts.

I strongly not recommend for this hospital.i personally sheared my experience about this hospital ,my father was admited in good condition at evening and without any treat to my father they ask me for 30000 deposit to counter and said me we treat only after deposit paid.And at same night i thought my father oxygen down and I ask to sisters to check oxygen after that sister activity has start like washroom, bathroom,wearing kit taken 20 to 25 min and after that sister come to room and told me to you check oxygen .So why you taken that much of time give me oxymeter i will check it.Cost is very much high for 3 days they charged me 2 lac 8 thousands and staff is like government .If you want to save your life or for your love one then Pls stay away from this hospital.

Horrible vaccination experience. Waited 30 mins only to know that they will not vaccinate me until there are total 10 people available. And asked me to come next morning on a working day. When asked for refund they cancelled the cowin appointment saying The patient didnt wait. Very dissapointing.

Went to the hospital for vaccination. There was a big queue outside but Vaccination was managed well it didn’t too much of the time. Hospital charged ₹1000 for vaccination, and they were only allowing cash payments. I don’t understand why bigger hospitals like these are not accepting online payments and ask only for cash payments. Sorry but the straight question coming to my mind is - it because they are charging more amount than the guidelines.

Complete chaos and mismanagement at covid vaccination center @ ONP hospital. After charging exorbitant 1000/- for 1 dose of vaccine, one expects more staff and atleast basic drinking water. Only 2 counters were operating for giving vaccines.

Totally expensive as compare to service.. unprofessional and rude staff...totally loot in covid centre ...for two days patients in general sectors they charges 50000 and more...Ct scan rates are in labs are 3000 and they charges 8000 .. then just think how they took money from the patients 🙏...

I underwent C Section recently. Initially I enquired about admission process with Mr. Digambar, he is cooperative and explained everything well. Since admission till discharge from hospital I had overall good experience. We took Private room package. Staff on duty (except one or two) are very nice at conversations and attentive, helped me in midnights when my baby was cranky. I would like to thank nurses Ms. Sujita and Ms. Priyanka in this regard.I liked the baby kit they provided, it has all essential things for baby, basic medicines, cotton towels, shirts, oils, diapers, soap etc.Doctors on rounds visited and enquired about our condition often. For two days after delivery duty nurses kept checking my BP and glucose levels and weight of my baby. Cleaning of room was done regularly. Hot water was available in washrooms.Canteen food for patient included in the package, chargeable for attendant. Its provided on time and tasted good. Would like to mention that mini meals for attendant available at very reasonable price.Discharge procedure also was smooth. However few things I noticed are - 1. sometimes especially in nights the ratio of ancillary staff to patients is very high, like 1:10 which delayed ancillary services. 2. Rooms should have been maintained in better way. 3. Parking for attendant also payable like other reviewers mentioned. 3. Need to wait for lift as only two lifts available and one of them is dedicated for Covid patients.However my overall experience was good at OnP Shivajinagar hospital. Thanks to the hospital management and my gynaecologist, Smita maam for suggesting this hospital.

They are charging 1k for vaccination and there is total chaos. I had a slot time for 12 PM and when I reached there before time i was asked to stand in the queue behind 500 people who had come before their alloted time.. I had to stand in the queue for 5 hrs on the road with hardly any social distancing before my turn came.. They also asked for cash and didnt accept digital payment. People should avoid this centre as you could get infected while waiting for your turn.

They charge highest in Pune for vaccination and ask people outside for 3-4 hours. They are worst and on top that they want vaccination fee in cash and gives hand written receipt which no one will accept in market.

Went here for covid vaccination. Horrible experience. Nearly 400 people waiting in line and that also after paying a premium price.

Patient Treatment 5*Refund -500*This hospital asks you for a refundable deposit at the time of admission and if you pay by casheless health policy it use to take more than 6 months to get the refund when I was admitted in 2016, Unfortunately in 2020 too it takes 6 months, So you can well understand the progress the hospital and its accounts team has made in last 5 years. I will pray to GOD to save you all from such a horrible and pathetic experience and place.

I am writing this review after a Year of my baby birth there.I must say it is one of the best experiences we got under delivery handled by Dr. Ashmita Potedar.The reception staff includes the relationship management is really helpful.The insurance claim is very smooth and supportive.In terms of money they are very clear and You get everything in written. So. Mostly there is no confusion.I have visited other top hospitals in Pune before deciding this hospital. Believe me for other top hospitals Your delivery is more than a business for them.One suggestion I have for this hospital,Please avoid that photo graphy guy/team who firrst meet parents after delivery to get initalPhotographs and then when youbtry to get those first photos of your baby and mother,They charge like any.thing (you can consider 500 per photo).Rest you are going perfect.Thanks again.

Doctors are one of the best here.Of course nursing here is expensive but it worth the amount they charging.There is lot of scope on improvement specially on infrastructure and security but that does not affect your experience here. Service here is delightful.This hospital is expanding further at new location. Hope they will also think about some car and 2 wheeler parking as well. Here you need to pay dominating parking charges for parking besides driveways.

Parking is an issue. Please use rickshaw taxi or public transport. Reception and appointment counter are very cooperative and also are quick to inform any changes. Multi speciality hospital. The fees are bit on the expensive side. Hospital asks your insurance details before hand and also take details about the TPA associated to your policy. So please keep them handy. Will not be commenting on doctors procedures.

Worst experience. In emergency, they say that we have to wait for a month to get doctors appointment. Even if they give you appointment, they cancel it at last moment when you reach hospital. It does not matter to them whether patient is suffering or not. Pathetic service

This incidence occurred in 2015. Sorry for delay in Post.Beware - This hospital has tie up with local doctors to extract money from patients. We were new to Pune and I got Virtigo symptom went to a local docter who scared us and referred to his hospital to get admitted immediately.After admission and going to my room- no doctor came to visit me immediately - they were just wasting time. My cell phone discharged so asked nurse to call my husband where she did not allow me to call anyone- it seemed I was jailed. I started to get suspicious as the day was getting over - they purposely did the MRI scan late night and charged late night emergency fees- I got admitted in the morning. One day was over this was now Saturday, some doctors came in the morning and did not even check properly and after lot of fight and follow up - we managed to get discharged - they were planning to push to Sunday (for double charges). Once discharged there was approximately Rs.5000 extra charged - which by lot of hassel we reduced - still the bill was Rs.16000 (1 days stay) for no reason. Mediclaim rejected the claim as there was no clear diagnosis or issue identified. So beware - before going to this hospital. PS. I went to another doctor who told me the test done by them were irrelevant- he treated me and solved my problem.

Biggest mistake of my life that I chose this hospital to deliver my baby. They are so hungry for money that even if the baby is about to come out naturally they are going to force it for a C-section. They play with peoples life.

Pros : The ICU staffs and doctors are very professional.Cons: The attendants in private room department are the worst.> The hospital asks for deposit (refund) even after insurance has approved the whole amount. Even after more than 2 months, no call, no refund. A lot to chase...Insurance staffs, the worst, no knowledge...> According to govt. guideline, the hospital cant charge more than a specific amount from the patient against doctor charges, but they ask us to pay separately (hidden cost) even though not mentioned in the bill.

The hospital SERVICES are PATHETIC. They nicely know that most of the patients have medical cover and hence charge hell lot of amount for their pathetic services. In my case the canteen staff was not ready to serve 4 biscuits which doctor had suggested to have after my daycare surgery. Every time we had go and ask again and again. Nobody was asking if anything required by patient. That was ridiculous! Having paid 20000rs for a daycare procedure, I didnt found the hospital worth of its services.

My Daughter Got Delivered here on 8 Jan 2017 & had baby girl. Very good specialist doctors, awesome service, Very good staff. Very much delited with this hospital. Balloon Decoration and Photo session of baby is cherry on cream!!

They charged for dr. Zambra sir visit( he visited only once but charged 3times in two days).Also heavily charged for other things. I ask google to add 0 ratting as well. Then this hospital will top that as well.

I went for ENT specialist as my ear was paining heavily. The doctor did removed infection but redamaged by ear and after 2 days it started paining heavily because of her bad treatment my ear was swollen.I went to different hospital and they adopted better no pain suction and medicine for swollen ear and it was fully cured in 2 days.

This is genuine review. I went for my daughter in OPD.Both the lady doctors here have good knowledge but Dr. Amita is money minded. This hospital is overpriced. Blood test are also over priced. Please do not visit child psychologist here as per drs opinion.She will charge you 600rs to tell you that she will perform ADHD assessment and this will cost 6000 after that they will generate report. Then why to charge parents in the first place?? if not providing any consultation and everything is going to be discuss after assessment. 600 rs just to take us inside her cabin and inform assessment worth 6k which she can do outside also.

One of the best Hospital my son got admitted after 8 days of birth n he was very serious n we were very tensed but Dr.Amrita mam took very good care they use to inform us which medicine they are giving to our son ,sisters and mosi were too good.I will suggest every person to go for this hospital either for delivery or for your children.

5 star for Dr Phadnis, but zero star for staff they are not at all qualified for the position they are working. TPA person is worst she dont have idea at all why she is there, I have asked her to check insurance policy for some treatment she directly said that is not covered and when I asked to my insurance company they told it is cover. So again zero star to TPA person.Staff are totally uneducated and not at all helpful. But Dr. seems to be very talented.

Since every doctor has targets for operations, record number of patients finished. Doctors should have listening capability. But I guess the doctors here are insensitive, since they have a long queue of patients who think their woes would be answered here. But you dont know that they want more out of you and the next in line. Afterall, their pay check & job depends upon it. Who wants to have an employee who cannot perform and is non profitable. Do hell with peoples lives, its strictly Business.Anyways this is my opinion, yours may differ. But I do suggest that if you plan to visit. Make sure to have a second opinion later.

Please check for detail bill. They generally takes 10% of the total bill as administrative charges. If you opting for cashless transaction, then please check what are the amounts they have added in miscellaneous. I had to pay 20 k extra due to it.
