Worst admin department ever seen on this earth. Took an appointment of 13th October two days prior to the date, i.e. 11th October and visited the clinic on 13th October at the allotted timing, after which the person at the administration desk informs that theres no appointment under my name. Such a disguise to have booked the appointment well in advance to hear this and wait for hours. The doctor though, very humble and talented, but the staff is damnn unprofessional and disrespectful. Wont recommend booking an appointment well in advance and trusting the admin department that the appointment is booked, youll be fooled in the end and youll have to wait for hours.

Very unprofessional behavior. My mother had an appointment at 11 AM which was taken a few days back and the doctor walks away at 1 AM without even consulting. Although doctor is talented, did not expect this kind of unprofessionalism.

Mashallah very nice place for catarct operation , all staff is very polite and kind. Dr salim is truely talented, Cashless facilty is availble.

Doctor is really really nice....As there is large crowd, waiting time is too much....They should have an online appointment system.....People are waiting so longer....Even if person is abnormal front desk staff dont have concern for them...they keep waiting to them. In all service is really nice but because of waiting period people were frustated.

Dr. Salim Pathan is one of the best in class. His facilities are excellent and he is very experienced in addressing complex eye related issues. His skills are at par with international standards. He takes time to explain diagnostics and provides best care.
