Dr Prashant Wagh avoids use of antibiotics as much as possible. He recommends healthy balanced diet over iron cal supplements and has good suggestions regarding diet according to childs eating habits. V supportive during covid times with online consultation as well and advises not to visit unless completely avoidable. Doesnt ask for ol fees unless we ask him about it.
