Ill share an incident that happened with me at this store, i was told that one jeans is at 20% discount and at the billing counter the store attendant denied the discount. When checked online at jack and jones website the same jeans actually had 20% off. When showed him this, he bluntly replied so but from there if you have a problem which is rude and is spoiling the name jack and jones.

The employee there was extremely rude and acted as if he owns the store, he didnt know the basic manners of how to interact with the customer, worst experience ever.
