When I decided to install Torqus I thought it is part of the Times Group and the software and the support would be good, but I was in for a rude shock.It has been six months since and they have not even got my menu correctly. They have not been able to give me correct reports with proper groups. My personal experience is it is not meant for small businesses as their support sucks. This could be truly frustrating to deal with. The front line people though sweet to talk, lack understanding. Their back end team has I dont care attitude and let me explain this.Two reports show different figures. When you ask them to rectify they will tell you to do it manually and if you are persistent they will ensure that the correct report is mutilated to such an extent that you will forget where you started from.Last six months they have NOT been trying to get items under group headings correctly.When you send an email they will say that we will rectify. After a few days you will get an email that the ticket is closed.One of the worst support systems and would definitely not recommend itto people who want to install the software once and then concentrate on developing their business. By installing Torqus you will have to forget your business and develop the software.All the best!

Using for delhi and gurgaon location, every day new error staff was also unprofessional they dont know how to deal and how to talk with Clint.I request to all of you dont use torqus.

Great support by the team with our setup last time, they also help us every time we need help with the functionalities in the software.Best part is on-time service and very easy to use.Using the software for the past 4 months. Very good for all restaurant owners.

Im not much of a tech SAVY person but the support team of Torqus is just brilliant. They were very patient and explained every detailed bit of their POS systems. Love It!

Really bad service they provide . If you are planning to buy software for Restaurant then please avoid . their sales team takes only follow ups till buying product after that no on will try to answer your querry .Any time if you tried to update your menu they will take 30 - 40 days and after that also they will do wrong updates only .I bought for software 2 outlets . Started on 1st outlet 8 months ago and for the same outlet i had to face issue all the time . now my advance payment is pending with them for 1 outlet advance they also denied to adjust that payment with my another outlet .really poor company . Gives reason that right now we company dont have money to pay salaries so we cant adjust your advance payments .and while starting they always says we are Times subsidiary company .From last whole year i had worst exprience . and from start i met Sales Person Named Harmesh is really big liar .TheyReally avoid this companys Products

Horrible software. Don’t go for this just because it is cheap. They have a lot of bugs and will take them a lot of time to come up with a better product.Though the service team tries to resolve, but I think they are working on a faulty product.

Waste of money I had a very bad experience with this software, when u will take they will promise you many thing, and they will tell menu will be updated in a minute, nothing like that its all BAKWAS, for this software I lost my business of around 3 lakhs in 15days , they dont put full menu on the Zomato, swiggy and u will see they will tell it will be done in 1day, but it wont .The bad experience I had is that, they stop the service on 23rd December and till 5th I didnt had a business on ZOMATO and swiggy.In a pick order of 25th and 31st they freezed my business.I suggest not to take this software .They give all fake information when they come to deliver the software.Please friends be aware of all this fake companies.

Most unprofessional company I have ever seen in my life, they have taken money almost 1 month back and system is not yet activated, they are swindlers. I am going to file a legal suite against them.One of their sales representatives has promised to get the system up and running in 7 days, it is almost 30 days. No one is listeningTorqus team this is my last and final warning to you, do not test my patience I will surely drag you in consumer court, I have enough proof to prove that you are swindlers. Your representative Dhawani kalra she is not even replying my emails and I have no option but to drag this matter to court and claim my damages

There are many IT companies here. Many are working as shared working space culture. It creates too much noice. Mostly feeling of something like news reporting studio having chaos and people going around every time.

Very very poor after sales service. We paid some money extra by mistake and when we asked for refund they billed us for services which we never availed. We found this very wiered.

WORST SOFTWARE AND SERVICE EVER IVE SEEN. They never give us complete setup and service but charged in advance full payment. Please dont go for it. We bought 2 software from them and its been 4 months still we did not use one of it. Completely wasted lot of money.

1001 calls when they wanna sell their product, but when we need help to resolve the issue of changing from 1 laptop to another, cannot get it touch at all. Infact, the number on their website is switched off forever. The most Pathetic company i have ever dealt with.

Whats the point of a website and contact details? One number doesnt exist. No answer from second number. When you try to contact them through their website Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method..... Hope these chaps read this. Business lost.

A good POS software after in the market. Easy to use, quite fast and most importantly gives accurate sales reports on the go. The support team is quick and very helpful in resolving any queries!

Good software but horrible service.not worth the money

Waste of money behind this software as they dont have time to solve errors before a week and charge us minium six months in advance.. i would give 0 stars but it needs to give minimum 1 and so forcefully i need to give 1 :(

This software is good for a vadapav or a bhelpuri tapri/hatgadi.Lot of Over commitments.People have half knowledge.Sales team is absolutely useless.Installed this software for my restaurant of 400+ covers.Didnt work properly even for a single day.Had to uninstall and now using Captainpad.Wasted loads of money on this useless product.Do Not go for it.

We started using Torqus sometime in August last year and since then it has really evolved, in terms of features and UI. We are now using a few modules like POS, SCM etc and they have really helped to automate the processes, save time and remove manual errors. Torqus team is extremely responsive in resolving any technical glitches that come up.

We have been using this software from 3 month. very effective & user friendly.

Have been associated with these guys for almost a year now. Good Product and helpful chaps.
