1.Particularly for morning fasting tests shall be finished before 8 am.2.A person conversant with medical terms shall be present in the morning to understand doctors handwriting and test details. Patient are not aware of these medical terms.These administrative adjustments will definitely further improve lab rating.3.I certainly appreciate the skill of the person who took my blood without any pinch. He had the ability to quickly catch correct nerve to take blood in very first attempt. Many thanks to him.4.I also liked the method to take quantum of blood in multiple tubes in one go , different than usual injection syringe.5. Lab also checks the history with patient for any unusual test results before going for retesting.

Very punctual and systematic. Well managed service.Had to undertake a test for which phlebotomist had to visit 3 times after an interval of an hour . He showed up exactly after an hour punctually.Spoke to 3-4 Pathalogy labs none of them agreed but P.H diagnostic immediately arranged the test.

Excellent service..every time I experienced this.Today I requested for home collection for my father in law.Mr Shubham came at desired time.He was very polite and caring.

We were called at 2 pm for sonagraphy after that they asked us to drink water in order to get perfect sonagraphy. However after the bladder was filled in next 15 min he had to wait back till 4 pm to get inside the sonography room. Zero coordination lack of proper information no value for time.

Thanks to Geetanjali for making the whole process of multiple tests seamless and organized. Doctors and nurses (especially the stress test doctor) should be more patient and polite.

Prompt service. The sampler followed safety regulations and was polite. Report was sent online in the same evening. Charges are reasonable.The lady who coordinated, Kadambari, was polite and helpful.

For covid RT PCR test, reports are not generated even after 24 hr.Seems like they started to test collected sample only after we called them on next day. They informed it will take 30 min more, we reached the center in 30 min then we again waited for 1 hr more to get the report. They just kept saying authentication pending.Not sure why they didnt say it will take 2 hr more when I called them.Not really reliable as covid test needs to be done 48 hr before international travel departure and you may not be able to get tested and produce negative report within that timeframe.Expect huge rush, there is place to sit while you wait and water counter is available.

PH Diagnostic center is good infrastructure and process is good. They have very good process to have tests, very fast and ease. You dont need to worry about it. Staff is very polite and helpful. Most important thing about this place is, they have Covid-19 test so this place is crowded for this. So take care your self and everyone is following the rule like wearing mask, having social distancing. Really good experience with PH. Its our go-to lab for all diagnostic tests. I and my family had gone for RT-PCRs as we were moving to BLR, and received the reports pretty fast as it was wequired urgently. The front desk was very helpful in solving our queries. The doctor who conducted the tests had nimble hands and the test was pleasant. It did not leave us clutching our noses and throats like the other times weve had RT PCRs conducted. Overall, a really good lab, cooperative members, 10/10 would recommmend

Hello!!!It was a safe experience of blood collection sitting comfortably in my house.Very well arranged by Mr. Shubhankar More who made sure that the technician will reach on time. A confirmation call was made prior to the visit which made things easy for me.Smooth process of blood withdrawal was done by Mr. Shubham Yadav. He seemed to be at par with his work as it was a painless process.
