Not only medical but also non-medical hospital facilities are very good here. There is no cost EMI and no consultation fee; they provide post-surgery assistance too. I am very thankful to Pristyn and its doctors for providing me with the best treatment to get rid of the disease.

Happy with the surgery and overall experience with Dr. Shalya. 5stars for Dr.But I am absolutely not happy or even sad that start up like Pristyn Care who promises best surgery experience has tied up with hospitals like Sapna (Shreyas Cinema, LBS Road, Ghatkopar West). The hospital is below average. The management is not proper. Cleaning and hygiene is not up to mark. Even outside OT there was no proper cleanliness.The rooms are without attached washroom, there were no curtains in room, no TV remote, full of external sound and I paid 9000 extra to Pristyn Care for the room. In night around 11pm outside phone kept ringing for 15-20mins as there was no nurse to attend the call. Somebody left the lift door open and it kept alarming pl close the door for approx 15mins. And all was audible inside room. It was so irritating. Beds were basic one. Pristyn Care should ask patients about what comfort they need and accordingly arrange hospital.I am not going to recommend Pristyn Care to anyone if treatment is going to happen in Sapna hospital. The medical store inside Sapna hospital refused to take medicine back(un used full pack which was in prescription but later denied by Dr). I mean in which world they are. Every medical store anywhere in country takes medicine back if its complete pack. My medicines were not taken back where I had no role. Dr said no to that medicine and it was before discharge, not like I am returning medicine a month later. Disgusting.I strongly advice Pristyn Care to please get associated with better hospitals so that your patient gets the better option.Thanks.
