This clinic is one of the worst ones. lacking professionalism and thoroughtreatment and procedures. they only displayed professionalism when it came to taking money from us. my mother has severe back pain for which we have been seeking treatment for a long time. we got in touch with the accupuncture experts(?) of this clinic and they immeditately attached the needles without any prior checkup. they just stated the total cost of the whole session without any paperwork involved. then came the worst part, the actual sittings session. the doctor just used to stick those needles for over an hour subjecting my mother to more pain than she started out with. more than half of the treatment was done with no desirable effect whatsoever. the doctors did nothing on their part except for taking a tonne of money for a treatment we didnt even find useful. this health institution is the proverbial gold digging facility. please take care to not get fooled by them.

Bad experience. I had taken a appointment but doctor was not yet come. I was told to come back again . I took a appointment before hand as I was unwell and didnt wanted to wait for long. If the clinic cant take a prior appointment then please dont torture the patients. And the receptionist didnt even apologize . And ignored me when I asked if I can talk to the doctor or where can I compliant about it .
