My goodness, ends up buying on every visit. What a range, exquisite! Is expensive to shop, but worth. Well arranged floors, with the first floor complete with Ganesha idols and related work. The next 2 floors are full of paintings, each better than the other. The ground and lower level has more idols of Budha and others along with wall decors. It is difficult to window shop and resist the temptation to buy.

Best place for home decor. All paintings are awesome, looking realistic. If you want to give someone precious gift then here are many options in reasonable cost. Mural items are beautiful. God idols are also awesom. If you want marble God ildols then please first visit this place. Everyone visit this place one time .

Huge showroom....huge collection of Art & Decor.... variety of wall paintings ( mostly of Radha-Krishna & Buddha ).... through price tag is on higher side ( on an average about 30k ), you wont go empty handed from here ! There are varities of wall clocks, tea tables, different wall hangings and a huge collection of flower vase.

A very good outlet for painting, frames, art work, artefacts, etc. The decor of the outlet is very good. The frames and the art products are exclusive and extraordinary. The products are expensive. They are charging more for their brand name. Staff asses your buying interest and attend to you accordingly.

Beautiful collections... quite unique that you can’t get your eyes off but Yes too much EXPENSIVE compared to what the rates should be... even if there are scratches or any slight defect in the product they won’t reduce the price of the product by a single penny which is quite disappointing 🙁

Love this store. It is always on my must-visit list when I am in Mumbai. Their collection of art work and frames is truly unique. Their packaging is good so thankfully everything I have got from there has survived the 22 hour flight to California :)

Probably one of the best places to go to in Mumbai for good art and good artists works. They have good collection of artists and also ship the artworks across the world.

It has a good collection of artifacts but mostly nouveau riche variety. However if you looking for Ganesha statues, it probably has one of the best Ganesha collections. For all other type of artifacts, you should visit Tressorie store, which is located very close to Satguri.

They have an eclectic collection for gifting , the reason why I usually visit it often. All my friends, foreign delegates and colleagues have lived the gifts I have bought from here.

Awaful company to deal with. We purchase 2 large paintings from them and they were covered in glass frames. Before purchasing we asked for reassurance on delivery to London that they will be packaged properly in wooden boxes - and we enquired about insurance. They told us in all our years of business, we have never had a report of damaged goods delivered. So we went ahead with the purchase at a cost of over £2,000. Next: Delivery turns up 4 weeks late, after numerous emails requesting evidence of insurance policy after buying against damage - no replies at all. Then airport calls us and asks for a shipping levy, even though we paid all packaging and shipping costs of almost £300! To top it off, the item turns up 4 weeks late, and I decide to video the package opening - as it arrived in a flimsy cardboard box, not wooden box as promised. Guess what, items only cushioned by polystyrene and cardboard. one frame smashed to pieces and item of matching pair completely destroyed!. Satgurus refused to take blame, and refund money offering a lousy £30 Credit voucher for next purchase! You have got to be kidding me! So rude, liars, unprofessional and will never buy from them again. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service but the collection was just okay.

Bought an expensive Ganpati murti ftom Satgurus. Was assured that the maintainanace will be easy . Murti is lifeless, turned black . Have been calling them for help and suggestions regarding cleaning and repolishing the same (paid of course) but sadly the staff is very rude and dismissive. Bad aftersales attitude and service. Will never buy ftom this store again. I have not asked you for free cleaning services boss! Nor am I expecting a free home service but any product you sell, you should be able to help with maintainance querries, on PHONE!

Me and my family have been patrons of Satgurus Arts and Crafts for many years now and have always admired the variety of art available there and the different framing options.A couple of weeks back my wife visited their flagship store in Khar (west), Mumbai to explore some options for frames for our home and her experience there was shocking to say the least.1) No sooner had she entered the store and was browsing around she was approached by one of the staff there and very rudely informed that as per store policy they dont allow artists or students inside the store. My wife who is neither an artist or a student was slightly taken aback at this suggestion but informed the staff that she was there to look at frames and not paintings. At this point she was directed to the frames section.2) When she entered the frames section of the store and started looking around, another member from the Satguru staff approached her and asked her to leave the store as they were undergoing some pest control in the store. There were several other customers present in the store but they were not asked to leave. My wife was understandably very upset with this attitude of suspicion that the staff showed and angrily left the storeThis attitude and approach to customers is unbecoming of a store like Satgurus and our family wont be visiting Satgurus in the future, we are happy to take our business to their rivals down the street where my wife was treated with the dignity and respect a customer deserves.Bye Bye Satgurus and your ridiculous attitudes.
