Grocery is also available in stores. Toys are also available for children. It is located at ground and first floor. Good place overall.

Big Bazaar operating times are not updated on Google or store entrance during COVID 19. Store allowing limited people inside during 10 am and 12 noon. Not letting a consumer in as a consumer exits the premises. Arrived at store 10:30 am. Waiting in queue till 11:52 or time of posting review. Scope for improvement exists but need to improve does not.

Product range in Big Bazaar has improved compared to previous situation of Covid as well as sale of the chain to Reliance. I could get 80% of my list so some more improvement is required. Also to mention that this time I got some good offers like previous years.

Wonderful Experience. Very Big Store Just like its name. And They have tried to get as many things possible of your daily needs under one roof. Internal Lift Facility is also nice. Just one request- they should make a sitting space for people (especially for elderly people) somewhere so they can rest for a while.During the billing or in general.

We can buy all the necessary goods such as grocery, clothing, dairy products, fruits, bakery products too.Clothing section is full of variety of top brands , attractive offers are also available on selected items.Nice experience here, staff is also very cooperative.

I visited in the month of january and after the world got hit by corona pandemic i visited fbb again in sept 2020 .....the experience wasnt good enough....becoz i expected sale as all ither stores and brands were having sale to clear their old stock but fbb had no sales plus the old stock was overpriced i feel......rather visit shoppers stop

One of my friend misplaced her wallet in this big bazaar. We went in the morning and the staff was really helpful. The manager, the one who was at security desk and one who helped us to check the CCTV. Special thanks for a staff member named Akash who submitted the wallet at the help desk.

Not offering good discounts like D mart. Nor they have price tag mentioned on the shelf of the products. I feel not worth visiting.

Its just MRP products, i agree that they have a nice decoration to all groceries but at the end its the price that matters for common ppl.Their future pay is vague and expires within months, so anyone living close will be able to use otherwise waste it for not being able to make it on time.They should adapt what dmart applies, discount price applies even if you buy a single piece.BBs combo offer is just about spending too much. They should give options to buy only 1 of the product and not 3 or 4 of them as a combo unnecessarily.
