Visited for booking Activa 6G ,but had a very bad experience..1. Salesman was not knowing anything about vehicles...e g he doesnt even know difference between base and top model .2. People seating on helpdesk..do not even bother to add a value to customers feedback..Have dropped my number with message for manager to call..still no response yet .

Very Pathetic experience with this showroom, i was there to take delivery of scooter for one of my friend.These guys charge you 1% for debit card & 2% for credit card, if you swap for payment. They always demand for cash or IMPS.We had so much debate with their manager & staff, but this was of no use.We end paying 1%.This showroom mostly crowded with finance guys roaming around.As i seen most of reviewers has said that staff is very cooperative & nice, but i dont think so.I would like to advice wise buyers, if really want to buy honda scooter or bike go for another options available nearby or else you will end up with what we experienced.

Visited Sterling Honda today to explore bikes for my cousin, he liked dream yuga. I already own CB Unicorn, purchased from same showroom. Apart from these, we have purchased 3 activa scooters purchased from same showroom.Its huge in space, located right on highway so quite easy to access for bike servicing, staff is welcoming, polite and caring. I like 2 bikes of Honda the most, CB unicorn and CBR.The bikes and scooters are at most discounted prices here at Sterling Honda.Financing and exchange facilities are also provided under one roof.

Not a good experience (partly because excessive rush) but we were not attended properly. Test drive vehicles can be driven for only around 300mtrs.!!The vehicle given to us was faulty. (Attendant accepted that) . However Honda vehicles are amazing and thats why we were there.

Worst service ever!My date of service was 12-08-17 and I received my bike on 13-08-17 i.e one day late. I didnt received any message or call that the servicing is done. On top of that my bike wasnt even washed properly & when I tried to complain the staff here started questioning me. Then they took my vehicle for washing & again wasted 15-20 mins. The staff here is so rude especially sangita maam in the workshop.They didnt even asked me once before changing the bulb of the indicator.The management here is so poor & the service in charge perwas sir dont even know whats going all. They are so irresponsible.Worst experience, dont ever try this service centre.P.S : These are the pics after washing, you can see the poor quality of service.

Myself sushil potdar and I have purchased honda activa 6g from sterling honda. From the date of purchase the behavior of the staff was not upto the mark and they have done fraud with me. Good honda deals available at store but sometimes working staff behaves arrogantly.

The only problem is, if you wont be meeting the same salesperson next day due to the rotational weekly off. I met one salesperson who gave me the quote. 2 days later when I went to get some more details I met another sales guy and when I went to make full payment, I interacted with third sales guy. And finally when I went for getting my vehicle delivery the second & third guys had weekly off & the first sales guy didnt even recognize or bother to meet.

It is good place for buying honda products in 2 wheelers. Place was full of customers as were last 2 weeks for BS4 vehicles sell. Still all the salesmen and ladies were very enthusiastic and always ready to help you in choosing your best suitability.

Below are the points causing 1 star -1. I bought CB Hornet from this showroom, it took me whole day to make a deal.. At the end of the day, cashier tried to misguide me with total amount of the bike2. Bike sale support is okay here as compared to the servicing which is the worst3. For first servicing, they did not take care of the issues that I reported with the bike just because they were trivial5. They often do not respond over calls6. They do not follow timings (I had to wait 2 hours even after being there on right time)My bike is very good in all terms however it deserves better sale and servicing support than that it gets

CB Unicorn 150 abs is superior performance bike. Sales department is very cooperative all delivery department also good .I like again purchasing some other honda product.
