Purchased with warranty and frame got broke. Its screw got broke I even complied they may repair and and pay the expense. But they said only option is to replace with new frame at original cost. Are they inspired from Apple that they won’t repair the product and swap @ original price. What’s the use of high paid warranty cost if you won’t repair the physical damage. I went to regular optician and they fixed the frame with litte charge meanwhile they replace the frame at ₹1500. 👎👎👎

Waiting, waiting and waiting. Being a regular customer of lenskart i would like to say one of the worst lenskart store I ever visited.Specially the staff, they are so judgemental with your appearance. Recently I visited the Paud Road store to buy sunglasses, I shortlisted 3 sunglasses, there were 3 staff members and 2 customers in store. They took 30min to serve 1 customer all of them were busy behind 1 customer because the customer was interested in buying membership of lenskart. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes without any interaction. After 30min of waiting they took 15 min to confirm the availability of sunglasses. Is this how you treat your old customer?Let me tell you the team lenskart, that the business wont work like this. May be you changed your policy. Next time big no to lenskart.

It is a small-sized store located opposite to Kinara Hotel. The store has limited variety of eye frames & glares. Eye check-up facility is good but my personal experience wasnt pleasant regarding precision of progressive lenses made for my mother. The staff is polite & helpful. Parking space is very limited, hence, driving a car to the store is not suggested.

Not many frame options available, customer service is non existent, and titan eye plus is only a few meters away. There is really no reason to come this lenskart store. Its an absolute waste of space. I wanted to buy a frame from lenskart itself, but I went ahead an bought my frames from titan, and the experience there was much better. I had made an appointment at a different lenskart branch within kothrud but it was closed when I went, which is why I came to this branch and what a colossal waste of time it was trying to deal with lenskart, just go to a local store or titan eye plus.

Hopeless service, Store staff(male) is only interested in new store customers and neglect others. Female staff has no authority or say. Will make you wait and they attend people who enter after you. Never visit. Lenskart online sales and customer service is too good though.

I was at the outlet but was treated with sheer negligence.I am a regular customer of Lenskart but now i am rethinking.I was in store and looking for any of your representatives to assist/guide me.But i was left alone despite of being approached to two representatives.Never again,Annoyed and disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with Lens-kart team here. Store manager does not have etiquette. Very rude!!!. He did not ever bother to explain possible options and products details. Disgusting!!!You are yet to enter in monopoly market.

I never recommend Lenskart Paud Road...The staff doesnt help the customers to educate merits and demerits of the selected pieces..The staff should be well trained for assisting customers in selecting right frame that provides best comfort. As a customer many a times we decide based on how does look on me? and ignoring the long term comfort and convenience, its material, nose pads, no nose pads and the overall usage of the same.. and later on customer Regret by selecting an unsuitable piece for themselves..I purchased 2 glasses worth 7000, however later on realised that one of 2 is actually have slanted lens structure and bcoz of that I started experiencing headache and dizziness.. upon visiting the Lens kart Paud road, it was a disappointing response.. the executive (Mr Lavesh) clearly put it on myself that you have to make your eyes adapt to the new glasses.. whereas the second one is absolutely comfortable..Come on we dont pay to damage our eyesight.. so at the end after paying for 2, I am left with only 1 to be used actually.. very poor and pathetic customer oriented service..Lenskart Paud Road lacks in training their staff which in turn dissatisfies the customer, The store and Lenskart both loses the credibility..
