Worst customer support, worst service . Even to customer care we cant talk, it will take more time to connect , sometimes it wount be connected . Stupids

Very pathetic service. My consignment number D80811671 from Gurgaon to Pune booked on 11th Feb 2021 is still not delivered.Since 15th Feb my package is at their Dighi office and every time i call customer care they say we are raising the query and our backend team will get it delivered. I dont know when they are incapable of delivering then why they are picking the parcel in first place.I am pissedoff with them

Worst Service, They dont update about the status of the package, nothing gets updated on the website. I was told that mine is an out of serviceable area for DTDC, then why do they accept the delivery in the first place without looking at the address. I had to travel all the way to DTDC warehouse in Dighi which was around 30 kms from my location to take my package. Worst Service.

NEVER DELIVERED PARCELS ON TIME IN SPITE OF TAKING MANY FOLLOWUP FOR ESSENTIAL HOSPITAL MATERIALS ALSO THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT IT, THEY ONLY GIVE UNREALISTIC REASONS FOR DELAYS. EVERY TIME THEY HAVE SAME REASONS THAT THEIR VEHICLE IS BROKE DOWN HENCE DELAYED.

No one pick up the phone and tracking system..... zero response hence avoid transaction through DTDC

Mentioned Contact number is wrong. Nobody picks up the call. A corporate assignment is with them which should have reached by today before 5pm is still not received.I am sure, This landline number they do not use

The item received by them on 07 aug 2020 but delivered to me on 13 aug 2020. The delivery also be done by them after speaking with their office and customer service

They dont home deliver your package if it weighs more than 5kgs, and even they dont inform if your packages received and were not delivering it weighs more and youre too far from our services.

Worst Courier Service .. They take hefty amount for urgent delivery and then dont even deliver in time. They charged around 2500/- for urgent delivery and its been almost a week and I havent received my parcel yet. On tracking website it shows out for delivery and then in the evening it says delivery failed. No response when called on all numbers. Other offices doesnt help you track your packages. Hence I recommend not to use DTDC for sending your parcels.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE I book my courier on 16 March 19 Today is 25 March 19 For RANCHI Its still out for delivery sinec 19 th Marchi 19 see i booked on 16 if i statrt walk way with my courier to ranchi i will reach @ Ranchi Yet But courier not reach in ranchi

Very Bad Service from your end DTDC. My material is pending since 12 Days. Its completely defaulter services.

Package handling is poor. DTDC misroute my package and I have to go to the store and collect my package after 5 days. The person are unable to read the address carefully.

They sent my parcel to Delhi which was intended for Pune and sent me tracking details of another consignment number. After intervention of Consumer forum, I got my parcel in 7 days which I should receive in 1 business day only.

Pathetic service, these people took charges extra to make it deliver early and i called these people several times but did not give a proper answer for the product. They are taking 3 days to deliver and it was suppose to deliver it in one day.....

Very bad delivery service. They didnt do home delivery. I was waiting for my package for two days. They updated the status to Out for delivery in the morning and in the evening the status was changed to Undelivered without any specific reason. On third day they asked me to collect the package from some place.

They down have a helpline on their website . Till date they have delivered more than 10 parcels to me and that too in 2 days ... but I don’t know y , the last parcel .. which was suppose to be delivered , as usual in 2 days ... was not delivered and next day early morning I had an international flight .... and missed to take that important parcel ..... very unprofessional...
