I paid for the Move in deep cleaning, seeing the 10X stain removal etc. While the person wasnt all that bad, I must say I did not get what was written. Stain removal wasnt surely 10X, at the most it would be 2X. See pic below. Surely, if it was 10X, then those stains at the tile borders would have vanished

Very unprofessional service not expected from Urban company. I have booked washroom cleaning service 2 days back and professional has broken my Tap set and washroom mirror which resulted in replacing of whole tap set. Then I raised complaint with the Urban company about the same but no one has contacted me to discuss this issue. I have send at least 10 remainder emails and also requested call back from help centre multiple times but still no RESPONSE FROM URBAN COMPANY. I dont know whom to ask help in this case. Its almost 2 days gone but no one yet has called me back.I am also attaching photo of my broken tap set.

I had booked electrical services from urban calp. 1st time it was good. Next time the electrician did fitting of some channels. I thought the electrical chanels which need to be fitted will be dere in the tariff. The electrician never informed me that the following services is not in the list neither did he gave quote beforehand. Once the work got finished he started asking money which much more then the material itself. Later on he took the money but never mentioned in the system about the extra money he took. I just told him that if the work was not in tariff den he should have informed us prior itself.

This was my first time to get service of Urban company. The requested service was Premium Home Deep Cleaning for my 2 BHK apartment. Vinayak Jnardan Ghatvilkar and his team reached my home within the scheduled time. They did great job cleaning bathrooms, which was contained hard water marks. My major concerned was windows, its masquito net and windows safety grills(bird sheets on it) and all doors. They did fabulous job to clean it. Floor deep cleaning was very good.There is always room for improvement and I would suggest that owner should perform inspection and provide feedback to get it done. In my case, they forgot to clean back side corner of my TV furniture. But I fixed it my own because it was couple of minutes task for me. Great work done by the team. Thank you!

Ive had some good experiences with good professionals but around thrice my bookings have been cancelled last minute. This is highly unprofessional. My 4pm appointment was rescheduled to 6pm and then the professional assigned didnt turn up till 6:40pm. I called and was told shed take more time in an arrogant. This is too irresponsible and inconvenient as I had to adjust my schedule accordingly. I ultimately cancelled. Can never rely on them again.

The bathroom cleaner could have clearly cleaned better.. last time i had a person coming he really did a splendid work this time i was not at all happy.. the tiles still had stains and also the commode.. the geyser he cleaned has mud stains.. he did not wash the buckets also.. very unhappy..

Because if the professionals work description abd my expectations font match, I would be paying for the wrong things. We need refund!!Painting job at our house was scheduled for today at 10 am but it was rescheduled automatically for tomorrow without consulting us. We were not even informed about it! We found out only after we open the app today morning.This is highly unprofessional and adding unnecessary stress to customers to realign their lives to suit the convenience of the company who is getting paid to provide them a service.We had planned the whole day today for this task since we have other commitments tomorrow. Please cancel our appointment tomorrow and refund our amount.We will never use urban company and will ensure our friends and family also look for better alternatives.

Worst experience. We had called urban company for our bathroom cleaning. And first of all it started with complaints, the two men were soooo lazy that my mom had to show them 5-6 times what they had missed. Our bathrooms look the same, it doesnt feel that its been cleaned. Also when we were telling them the spider webs, windows which they did not even touch they guy rushed tl and reached out his phone and compelled us to cancel the request. BASICALLY THEY JUST DID NOT WANT TO WORK!

Very bad experience, company has outsourced job to third party, which is extremely unprofessional. Its like I have given job to vendor and notbto professional, international organisation. Urban company had no control whatsoever on the services they outsourced. Besides dealing with their rants and behaviour, the job was nos completed to the satisfaction and that too when I booked platinum package for deep cleaning. Some part was left incomplete.International organisation works only with App and no way to connect to raise any kind of concern midway.Not sure will use them for anything again!!

They take your order and your money professionally and then if you have any issues you cant call them back and just keep waiting for a call from them which sooner or later if they realise it was a mistake from their end they wont even call you back nor reply to your mails. And then your stuck and your money is gone. They simply without telling you will close your issue.Update: they did not even reply to be on the below email address.

WORST Customer Support Service EVERRR! I purchase a gift card for my friend on her birthday and ideally she and I should have received an email and an SMS with the card no. and PIN which we never got. After contacting customer support these idiots were asking me only for a card no. They are very quick in deducting the money from your bank account but when they have to trace a simple gift card transaction, they will not take any action on time. ALSO, they dont have a customer service available through PHONE across India. DO NOT EVER BUY ANY GIFT CARDS from these company!! I will be filing a customer harassment case against these people pretty soon.

Booked a basin service from Urban Company.Personnel visited & did some work and told us to not use the basin for a day. A day after when we tried using it, another problem surfaced along with the old one.Attaching photo of the new problem with the old problem.Called the customer care, they mentioned that I need to book a new request & 50% of what I paid can be refunded in Urban Company wallet after 48 hours since service was delivered.CREATING ANOTHER PROBLEM ISNT DELIVERY OF SERVICEOn top of that, they expect me to wait 2days with a blocked basin before a new request can be raised to utilise the refunded money (after looting 50% of what I paid)Well one thing is for sure, never using or recommending UC again.

I contacted Urban Home Service for repair of my Samsung washing machine. The problem was water was leaking from main water supply tap and the machine was not working.I called the toll free number for enquiry Ms Meena attended my request did asked about the problem and said the mechanic will visit tomorrow when asked she mentioned the minimum charges will be 250rs and it willdepend in case any parts need to be changed the charges will be accordingly.I have confirmed my appointment at 10am as I have to go to office by 11am.The next day Mr Akash attended the complaint came 40 mins late.I explained him the issue is water leakage otherwise the machine is working fine. He said no problem I will check it.In between I asked him how much will be charges he said once I am done I will inform you. I left for office after 30 mins I get a call from my home that the total charges is 2350rs.He has changed the water valve inside the machine without informing it to anyone.I called him to understand better what was the problem he said due to hard water supply the valve is not functioning the water intake in the machine is not happening. I asked him to share packaging with MRP of the part he has replaced he says we don’t have it.Lastly I checked the problem will not reoccur again he no in case you face any issue give me a call.I paid the amount when asked for bill he said it come on your Wataapp number or email.I did called Ms Meena and narrated the entire incident she was so rude while answering to my query. It looked like they do not want any customer to contact them for any other services. She also mentioned Samsung products do not have price mentioned I was surprised to hear it as I five 5 Samsung appliances at my home and they all had MRP mentioned on the packaging.I have not received any bill or a satisfaction check from the company.The leakage from the tap is continuing after paying for a part which was not damaged.Are you cheating the customers or having incompetent employees to run your company.Look forward to hear from some sensible person.Regards,Soumyadeep BanerjeePune

I am completely disappointed with the service provider by the urban company, despite re-issuing every time they are overcharged compared to the market price. I cannot go with the urban company on a showoff basis. Ground Realty is completely different. Based on my experience, I would prefer to go with a local service provider.

We hired urban company for its painting service and our experience with them is really disappointing. They take all payment upfront and after that you just keep hoping for a good quality service.Customers are not informed that painting service will not include application of putty on all walls. The result is cracks appear in a couple of days after the walls are painted.When we reach out the customer service, they send the painter once but since the cracks keep appearing they finally say these are small cracks and no more support will be provided.We paid rupees 33k and now all our walls are botched up. The painters are not skilled and neither is the consultantwho comes for first time evalution and promises to be present all through and does not turn up even once.

All they want is money and wont care about their so called ‘safety & convenience’ huge charges levied on customers.Booked pest control and instead of assigned person some one else (not a part of UC) came home to do pest control wearing UC attire.Raised the complaint with team (with the photo) and the response I got from UC was - “if you are not satisfied, do not pay for the job”You are charging heavily on safety and convenience -1. Unknown person who came, what about safety? Was his temperature taken? Was he covid negative?2. What kind of background check are you doing? Its a threat to customers life!And all you are bothered is ‘if you are not happy, don’t pay’!

Got home sanitisation service from UC. UC charges 1000 for a 2BHK.The person arrived 20 mins late for the service. He did a good job of sanitising all the rooms and was thorough.The job basically involves a service agent going to every corner of every room with a fogging machine. That is it. The whole process took 20 mins and zero skill. For this unskilled work, the price I paid was not justified. Highly overpriced.

I got my airconditioner serviced by them. It cost me over Rs 1000, though they claim it costs just around Rs 500. Within days of the servicing, the airconditioner was not cooling as it is used to before the servicing. Despite all my attempts to contact them, since I was told there was a 1 yeat service warranty, I have been unsuccessful. Their claims are fraudulent. Do not trust Urban Company.

This was my first booking with UC, the most unprofessional company I have come across. I booked a few salon services and the beautician did not turn up. She didnt answer my call, neither did she answer the companys call. Vaishanavi Deepak Mohite is the beauticians name and she is very unprofessional with no sense of ownership. If this beautician is assigned to anyone it is better to cancel the booking. UC does not follow up with their professionals. I waited all day for the lady and finally had to make a booking at a local salon. Never booking with them again.

The professional from urbancompany assigned for my work has caused a water pipe burst in my washroom on 27th Nov 2020. @urbancompany doesnt have an email id for their customers, nor are they getting in touch with me. And till now they havent repaired it. Each time I raise a complain on another service so that they give me a call and when they call me they say they will give me a resolution within 24 hours but it never happens. Its been 4 months now. The pipe burst is leaking in my bathroom and the leakage has gone into the wall of my building. I will raise a legal complaint now. Last time the lady called saying the issue is closed, how the hell can they close the issue? Please dont call them for any such works, they dont provide any security and arent trustworthy.

Pathetic service would be a very nice thing to say.Booked the service via Urban Company and was assigned with BB Tule Housekeeping Services for house deep clean.They didnt come on the assigned date and delayed it by a day. Which was still okay as they gave a genuine reason for it.On the day they came(7/2/2021), we just asked whether they have a urban company Id. They said they dont carry it, we asked them to carry on with the cleaning.And what we got was a show of arrogance from the two guys, they just picked up all their equipments and went out of the house saying sir, aap cancel Kar do service, Hume Nahi Karna hai kaam.On asking them what happened, they are like its insulting that you are asking us for Id card, I am working in this for 4 years now.Just be aware if you ever get assigned to these guys via Urban Company. They are thoroughly unprofessional and full of arrogance.@urban company....would request you to check whom you onboard as your partners. Really disappointed with the service.

I have called the urban Clap technician to see my microwave. It is LG charcoal one. The technician has told me that the magnetron needs to be changed and also one capacitor. The total cost is 3000 plus 700 for both. I got circumspect because the quoted price is not as per there rate card so I called the LG customer care to know the price of the magnetron and to my surprise it is way less than what was quoted by urban clap. When I called the LG technician he said only magnetron is faulty and no need to change the capacitor as well. So I called urban clap and explained them the problem... They have refunded my service charge money of 250 Rs and told me that they will do some action against this guy. His name is rajesh (pune)... Do not trust them blindly. They are cheating us these days as they know that people are not moving out because of current situation.... I will rate my experience as very bad

I opted for an oven repair from them. A technician named Amol came and did the needful by replacing some parts. But in hardly a weeks time the oven went inoperative. Waited patiently during the lock down as it was genuine, but later too same irresponsive way continues. I have called him around 15 times to response yet.Today also I did call him but no luck. Have given up now. Really a poor service offering by UC.Wont recommend it at all. Thanks.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE FOR A CARPENTERVery bad experience with the carpenter.I guess Urban Clap is not meant for these chores. I had requested a professional for fixing a pull up bar.The guy who came to the house1. Left the work incomplete2. Completely spoiled the background wall while working.3. The guy did not even take proper measurements. I doubt he even took measurements. The pull bar installed in not straight bit almost 4-5 degree slanting to the right.4. Took 2 hours to do the job and then charged exorbitant money. He was asking for 800+150(urban clap) = 950 for the faulty installation.The pull up bar cost is 1200 Rs 😂.The bolts needed to be used are fasteners and also cannot be removed from the wall. I cannot now correct the problem too. That is the reason i wanted professional help.It is evident that urban clap does not employ professionals and there seems to be no proper system to fix prices.In short, URABN CLAP is not helping in any way. Better find a local guy and discuss the work and price before hand.P.S: The complain feature in the application is broken. That is why posting me views here.

I have given painting contract to UC worth 41k on 23nov2020 with target completion date as 29Nov2020, but in after 5days not even 40% of work completed. As all payment has been made upfront so no response of speedy work from UC. I am struggling to get job done as no one is responding.Also want to highlight that what ever claim made by UC is not at all followed during actual work such as1.It has been claimed that for sanding machine will be used to avoid dust, but actually all work is happening by hand as worker are not skillful to operate same2.It was claimed that all floor will be masked , but in reality nothing has been masked and as a customer I only need to cover valuable things from damage.3.Also its claimed that all workers will be UC trained but in reality they all are ordinary worker without having even knowledge on UC at all.4. Its been claimed that everyone will follow basic sanitisation but in reality no one is actually following and doing work without mask.5.On completion date assurance I will give BIG zero to UC, date was promised as 5days from start of work but in reality only 40%work is completed and after repeated follow up as payment of 41k has been made upfront (as per UC policy) after that there is no followup by UC person if project delayed and even after making complain there is no response.6.Working time of job is claimed that work will start at 10am but in realityDay 1.-1person has came around 3PM and worked for 2hrs took photographs just to show UC that work has started.Day2- 3person acame around 12noon and left at 4pm to attend another jobDay3-same story of day 2repeatedDay4-3Persons came at 2pm left at 7pmDay 5-3 person came at 5pm left at 7pm7.UC has subcontracted job any any local contractor and that person again aubcontrcated job to another person bcoz of this I had to made several calls to all those guys for work but in return everyone is giving false promises and nothing is moving fast.At the time of writing review its been almost 6days but work achieved is only 40% and expecting visit from UC person to check flat.With my experience I advice who ever wanted to give work UCto or any another online platform where those platform take 100%upfront payment se story may repeate as the cancellation policy never talked about if delay happens from contractor what action to be taken nor it talked about any refund after work started, also quality is not guaranteed as work force provided is just like ordinary people and not skilled or trained from UC.Hence advising users if have any good painter in your know circle allot job to them instead of giving to unknown people and never make 100%upfront payment to any job.

I have had a positive experience of some services of Urban Company .However their service of Hair Dressers was a dud.I booked a professional on Saturday 7th Nov 8am. He did not turn up.At 8.45 I got a call from.their help line that the professional is not responding and the appointment can be rescheduled.After some insistance I agreed and shifted to Sunday same time.To my utter shock it was the same professional who had defaulted and the same storyHe did not turn up.I lodged a complaint no response from them.Its 9.30 an now and still there is no response.The service is paid upfront.I want to cancel but after having a word with them.I need an explanation.If I could select a particular time it should be adhered to.The unprofessional Professional needs to be taken to task.I suspect all ratings are fudged.After some good experiences this one is a.shocker and more so thei callous attitude.

Urbanclap service technician completely damaged my RO and it is dead and on top of it asking me to pay to repair the RO even though my service is covered under warranty. Customer service is rude in behaviour and they do not listen to customer voice I have paid membership and this kind of pathetic service and behaviour we get from Urbanclap.Repeatedly sending emails but nobody is even bothered to respond or call, they dont have customer care number to call. provided all the evidence to them of the damage done by Urbanclap.They dont have any escalation matrix to call.I am daily purchasing water from outside in this Covid19 situation yet Urbanclap is least bothered to fix my RO.

I paid for the deep cleaning trolley servic, (Rs.900) and when they came to clean, one man started to clean and the other said, it is very dirty and hence need double the amount to clean. We called them bcz the trolley needed to be cleaned.The other man that started cleaning, used some chemical that decoloured the clean sink with black stains and now I cant get rid it.Further when we refused to pay the extra amount, they googled paid us the amount back instead of letting us cancel the service on the app.And now no one frm the services has called despite the num of complaints I made

Worst service.I had hired they service for fixing a flush repair issue on 18.10.20.They had sent a plumber Mr.Rahul.He claimed that the flush need to be changed. He came on 18.10 20 and inspected the flush.He told that he dont have sufficient tools to fix it so he will fix it on next day.Next day he did the job somehow in most horrible manner and to the most unsatisfactory level and charged Rs.4000/-.I asked for bill and he told he will give the bill by next day.After that he asked me to install urbancompanny app in my mobile and after that he cancelled my booking using my mobile.Now iam totally fed up with their service.No one should avail this service

I keep checking Urban company salon rates.. and trust me guys when they say 40% off the price which is shown as striked(shown as before discount).. is not its original price.. the original price remains same.. rather the striked price is 40 % more than the original price. WORST EXPERIENCE with painting booking.I booked painting service from Urban Clap 15 days ago and again i got in touch with them 5 days in advance just to confirm and be assured that they assign someone and start the work on time.As per their assurance, we also booked hotels for the same period.On the job start date, we did not receive any call, neither they assigned anyone. So we request call back 6 times, still did not received any call from UC.Then we tried calling the person who took our booking (Imran) and he provided other persons number from operations team (Amol Sawant). He was so unprofessional that he just said I am on leave and hanged up the call even did not bothered to provide any of other contact number.Our all hotels bookings went in veinand they are still discussing and just fooling us and keep saying we are escalating.DO NOT EVER BOOK UC SERVICES. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.I would have rated this as ZERO star. Rating 1 as there is no option for ZERO rating.

Never opt for Urban Company. Uninstall Urban Company app right now. Pathetic experience. I paid for standard AC installation. 2 person came my home without any gloves/PPE kit/Sanitizer. I was too embarassed to ask them and essentially to not hurt sentiment, let them continue to work.The worst part, I relied on them to take a call to install AC, assuming they are expert. To my worst nightmare, they advised me install on an alternate location, near to my washroom without even thinking where to take electric input from. Since I was little occupied working from home, I gave them a nod. They further added to cut an inch radius (core cutting) hole in wall to pass the copper wire and I relied on them again. The moment I saw one of my washroom wall aesthetically demolished, I lost it completely but it was too late.This was not all, they charged extra for everything. Right from drilling through and for extra copper wire too.When I complaint about extra charges to customer care, they simply said its already there rate card and nothing can be done.See this pic of my washroom wall before you opt for Urban Company.

Worst service. Before some months I had called a plumber for tap repairing.That person did not repair tap properly.He broke the tap and went without completing the work.Yesterday I have booked haircut professional by taking his appointment for today.That person called us yesterday evening and asking me that should I come right now and give you a service. I refused him and told him to come today itself. Today I was waiting for that person for almost 40 minutes.That person did not inform us that he will be coming late,nor urban clap company contacted us.After reading reviews I didnt dare to cancel appointment because I have already prepaid for service.This company is making foolish to customers.Dont ever go with its false commitments.These people are liars.Utterly disgusting and third class service by Urban Clap.

My family had booked a deep cleaning service on the Urban Clap app from Unique Cleaning Service for our apartment in Pune. Unfortunately, the work done was not up to par and we are extremely disappointed with the service. There were several areas of the house that were not properly cleaned and they even blew up the fuse of one of the outlets. This damage has incurred a huge cost on us.It is also odd that they expect you to submit a review in the presence of the person who completed the cleaning, potentially leading to bias while filling the feedback form, leaving no room for honesty and improvement. I suggest Unique Cleaning Services hire managers to supervise the work and ensure that there is no damage done to the apartment and pay for the damages done to the outlet.

The person who came did not clean floor properly and there were no tools seen with him e,g brush, electric brush to clean floor and hard water stain was not removed on taps and also commode. He also did not clean two fans which were free with the package. I font want him to loose any money or job so please send some other person . Do we have to repay the same fees again or it will be done within previous payment.

The charges are too high and even if someone is willing to pay. The service provided is pathetic. They are only focused on getting the payment. Half of the electricians who arrive are demanding to cancel the job and if you dont do that they take hours to do small jobs. Very bad experience,

I have booked UrbanClap for waxing, pedicure, manicure and facial and got a very good result. Beauticians used to be on time. Felt some problem with cleanliness as they make our floor little dirty while waxing. Have booked massage for my husband and even he felt very relaxed. Overall nice experience.

I have opted for RO repair service from urbanclap for which they charged me 3.5k. The same issue re occured while this was still within warranty. I kept raising complaints to urban clap to fix the issue as this was the same problem. They kept saying that they will get this resolved as soon as lockdown is lifted however no action was taken. And one day they came back and asked me to get this fixed from outside and they will reimburse me without providing any details how to get this reimbursed. Now they have closed the complaint without any resolution as this has completed warranty period. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with urbanclap services.

Just beware of this app based service. App shows services are easy to avail but on ground really technicians/service providers assign for this services are unprofessional, they will create several problems to you. Most important, urban clap customer service cant do anything for this, they will only try to convince you. Its better to compare prices for services and get it done by locals. Personal experience, urban Urban clap wasted my 4 days for RO installation which is half day work for any local service provider.

I received a msg at 4:30 pm stating we are trying to get a professional booked and will inform you shortly.It is past the booking time now, I tried contacting customer care which is not available, I sent request for call back multiple time no response, I tried reaching through whatsApp which again directs you to the app without any help.I have already made the payment for the service. I have some granite work to be done at my home. For the same, I searched a lot in the Urbanclap app but there wasnt any category and I doubt plumber/carpenter would be doing that. To confirm the same, I was searching for a toll free number on the website however wasnt able to find that as well.

The woman who came at my place for the facial was pressing much over the face. I told her to do smoothly as I had undergone teeth removal surgery on both the sides of lower jaw, still she denied it and pressed over and over. The ultimate result is I am suffering from severe neurological pain and may be it will result into facial paralysis as per physicians opinion. Agar Yaha pe negative marking hota, to mai wohi deti..dont ever trust such organisations. This was my first appointment and I am suffering a lot and there is no provision of customer care number on the app. So if you want to complaint, there is no option for you.. really pathetic.

We booked plumbing service from Urban Clap on 26th Feb 2020 at 4 PM and Anand Deokar got assigned.The plumber came but asked for 700(400 for spare parts and 300 service charge) while we have already paid 179 for the services in the app. He was not even considering the amount that we already paid.We agreed to pay for spare parts but he was asking for 100 extra for service charge. When we denied to take any services, he asked us to cancel the request. He then asked for 100 rupees as his Visiting Charges without which he refused to leave. We paid him 100 but we want the money back. This was my first experience ever with urban clap and it was pathetic.

Booked for AC servicing but it was a horrible experience. The technician didnt come with a ladder and refused to perform the servicing. Yet the urban clap app doesnt allow me to cancel the service. The technician just wanted to change as many spares as possible to increase the billing cost. Even proposed to change the condenser for the AC which is new. Waste of money and time... !!

I have booked wax service. Beautician clearly Didnt understand the skin type. She used extremely hot wax that created burned patches.I have called to customer support.Its 24 hr now they didnt gave any solution and closed issue without asking.
