So many things are there.You have to choose in them.Good service and quality .

Very expensive products. And the staff is totally rude they dont have basic manners about how to talk to the customer. I asked a staff member to show me products but he was so busy with cracking jokes with the other staff members that he didnt even bother to listen what I am saying and brought different box of products when I told him that this is not what I want he got irritated. The owner was also rude he was not talking properly I asked him some questions about products and he completely ignore me. Never stepping foot in this shop ever in my life. Will suggest you to do same.

I had returned some material bought from them and got credit note. All the items they sell are non perishable. They took the materials like lace and sequins and put a timeline on taking something of that value. It is not always necessary that we buy such decoration frequently. They did not let me make purchase after the timeline. They had got the material back then why have a timeline for credit note usage? This is unfair and borders on fleecing customers.

Price cost are high campare to other whole sale shop

A good option if you are looking to buy embroidery or DIY stuff for making earrings, necklace and so on. Although, they are heavily priced and quite unprofessional in service. If you are buying more quantity, recommend to explore market around as there are ample stores near this one who offer 1/5 price for same product and quality.

Bad experience with samrat mega store just now. I am a regular customer of samrat. Its lil expensive . I have buy one box . And wanted to exchange it. The person sitting on cash counter first ignored and told his one employee to give us message that we cant exchange. Second time speaking to him he said u can exchage it for box only. But the one i want they were not having in stock. So i said that you keep this box with you whenever it is available we will come. He directly said no. And said you have ti keep that box only. I said please adjust for us only one time but rudely he said no . More ever he never gives us bill and says that we have paid the gst for your product so we cant exchange . He says that costemers are in so hurry that we dont give them bill but later we creat by ourself.

Samrat mega store is place where u can get all the raw material for the jewellery making, necklace, paper qulling, macrame, wool etc. When you will get all tools. Some material will be raw, some will be semi finished that is it will half done. Everything you will get at wholesale price. Their are many varieties of things in different size, shape, will be available to you. This is one of my favorite place.

If youre a art and craft person, this place is for you. They literally have everything..and i mean everything..!

Has a huge variety and collection of all the items you can think of but Too costly and the items are not that good. Some a really very very old and damaged. We purchased 2 tin candle moulds and both of them had leakage in them so a total waste of money. They were rusted from inside as well. Staff not that good.

I dont knw whr to start, I had a horrifying experience in Samrat today, I regularly go to this shop as thr is good variety, bt today whn I went thr and as I was about to purchase stuff I realised I dont hav enough money to buy the stuff so I requested the owner to reduce the no. Of items bt they were so rude, tht he literally shouted at me for not taking the stuff and said I should not visit the shop again, I dont understand how can anyone justify this rude and disgusting behaviour towards regular customers, very disappointed, I would advise to avoid going to this shop whr customers are exploited. Pathetic customer service.
