Worst service ever. Half of the stuff from the parcel missing and no one cares once parcel is delivered. No one take responsibility and blame other offices and customs for missing things from parcel. Don’t even want to give one star. Will recommend don’t deal with Unique express at all.

Do not trust their service. Over the phone they agree most of items and at the time of pick up they denies most of items. Also they take cancellation charges for their fake promise. Do not go for thier service even though they say they will send free

Very bad experience with staff of pune branch. They also operate as Atlantic courier. Multiple people from same office call you and once you place order, other people from staff ask you why did you not place order with me - some issues internally not trustworthy. No coordination amongst them. Look fraud. Be aware of Shital and Deepa from staff. Avoid this service.

Bogus staff of pune branch. No coordination amongst themselves. Changed rates last minute while picking up the parcel even though I had written confirmation of the rates/kg. Very arrogant people I dealt with Sheetal / Deepa from Somvar peth branch- might be keeping margin for individual commission for their own benefit which owner is not aware of. Would not recommend to anyone. Please be aware!!
