They will give u a fake receipt. Actual price of courier is much less than what he charges. u can check that on mydtdc app.

Its waste of time and waste of your money. Fake commitments from office guys.not able to give prominent response to where is my parcel is, it might be misplaced.they lied to me that my parcel is already received at destination office.its been 18+ days they are not able to track my parcel and not able to deliver it.Dtdc service is very pathetic and unprofessional full of lies.Suggest you guys not to use this service in future..find alternative for dtdc..

Dishonest people. Do not take their commitment of delivery time seriously. They dont even respond over phone. Only way is to go to their office. If other option is available, avoid this DTDC branch.

Please beware of their delivery. This outfit consistently marks packages as Delivered when they are not. Packages are delivered several hours after they are marked as Delivered, sometimes the next day. We have faced this issue several times. Raising a complaint is of no use as they point to the Delivered status to absolve themselves of any responsibility.

Extremely poor service, with extra money & NO GURENTEE. I sent an Idol, it delivered in broken pieces. Waste of money.
