There should be NO STAR for this pharmacy shop. Rude and rough language.They give cut medicines, but dont take it back. One sales person says YES we take back medicines, other says NO we dont take it back.Never have any prescribed medicines.Dont waste your time going there.HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Fraudism:i have purchased mask,hand sanitizer,baby food from this shop and cost 945 rs,and done upi (Google pay),it got debited from my account but they were not accepting it.They said every day it happens there,i waited for the entire day to get a back message from bank.it did not happen.They took back the items too.if anyone had same experience please let me know.as we can initiate a police complaints together

Even 1 star is too much for Salunke vihar branch the service to too slow.I never get the medicine whenever its needed even if it basic one.

They take orders cancelled it from their side and not even refund the amount. Its almost 2 months passed, not received a refund. There customer care team is very useless. They not even call back me after many calls. WORST EXPERIENCE. Dont visit Wellness Forever. Fraud people.🤬😡👎

Super slow service despite 3 staff present. They were busy with their own conversation. Very rude staff. Found expired products but the staff checked and put it back in the shelf.

The shop did have the medicine. The staff was unprofessional. The bill and bag was provided when asked twice. Get well soon.

Please dont buy anything from them....very poor service....it might happen that ur order gets delivered next day or in the middle of night....pathetic customer care

Bad service. It is a pharmacy. It claims to home deliver medicines. My personal experience, they kept telling me the medicine will be delivered by the evening. I waited 3 days! Nothing!!!. Many of the people working at the Salunke Vihar branch, are rude, ignore people waiting to be attended to. What would a critical patient do if they behave in this manner???

They never pick up calls when one requires medicines in emergency..But for selling their products they keep calling.. Disgusting service
