Nice people there in the Shop

The place is fairly well stocked, but where most pharmacies offer a flat 10% discount on medicines, these blokes offer none, and will tell you rudely that discounts are offered only on BP and heart aliment medicines.If you cant be nice to your customers, they can damn well return the favour. This is the case for almost all pharmacies on Baner Road.Apollo, next door though, does offer membership points that can be redeemed.

Its got a cool range of bath and body products. I wont suggest it for makeup products. They have brushes and tools like beauty blenders, rollers and curlers etc. Ask for offers. Decent range of nail paints. Really spend time on their range of shampoos conditioners, facewashes etc.

Obnoxious staff and poor customer service. I wanted some suggestions for mascara and the staff kept playing on their phone or suggesting the other person to show. Sheer waste of time and money.

I dont even want to give 1 star to this skin 79 at all. BE AWAREPlease dont purchase any products from skin 79. First of all the beauticians present, there has no knowledge of the skin and product they gave us such a base for skin from Revlon which didnt suit the skin and skin was looking dark after some time. They will sell you REVLON BASE even if it doesnt suit you just for the sake to increase the sale of revlon as the salesgirl is from revlon only. They insist you purchase the night cream & then they give you day cream and says you asked for a day cream. Total false commitment & no knowledge of skin as well as cosmetics. And staff keeps changing so if you go next time the one who told you to purchase particular product wont be available. Also the owner is manner less and will talk nonsense when you compaint about his staff .He will say that you asked for day cream only . Total false commitment & flase staff false owner. Dont purchase a single hair pin also from this shop.

I cant even give it 1 star as they treated me like hell. After 9pm, it was open, I went there cause I knew they had lots of brands. The lady present there was showing me only Lakme products that too very few.I insisted lots of times to show me different brands but still she was showing only Lakme and that too woth massive attitude! I am using Mascara from past 5 years and she was reacting on my style of application and teaching me wrong methods.I showed her the method which was written on the product too. When I was paying my bill, I showed disappointment abour not showing me all the products but all the men present there were taking the side of yhe fat lady by saying we showed.What nonsense is that!!!! Why would I complain if she would have shown me all the brands?? Atlast tge owner came and told me..She is Lakmes salesgirl n she will show Lakme only!! What! I was going to buy from Skin 79..Not from Lakme!! They behaves very disrespectfully. All the men present there are listening to Lakmes fat saleslady. I request customers to be aware of their staff. They will fool you just to increase sell of some brand. The staffs motive is to fool people and show them costliest product of the brand they want to sale. Whole staff is like that! I will recommend you not to go there. Be aware!
